Description of Work: Needed my heating and air conditioner fixed...he put Freon in it for 200$ and his son charger me 260$ for repairs and my air is still broken ....haven't had air all summer and no heat for the winter...

+ -1 moreOn June 12 I gave him $500, June 16 $300, July 18 $300 and finally on July 20 I paid $3,200.00. Also, on August 16 I paid $200. I have been requesting information about this new unit since he installed it and he refuses to give it to me. I also want a receipt for all the checks I have written to him. I also need the heat strips because when it dips down to 10 degrees it?s costing us out the ying yang. He refuses to give us the model number and serial number, or any information at all. Right now the most urgent need is to get the emergency heat strips installed.
Description of Work: I had just come home from the hospital and our 8 year old air conditioner was broken. It was 100 degrees and I asked the moving man if he knew anyone to recommend. I called Billy Ray Walker that very day. He said he tried fixing it 3 times and every time it failed. On July 20 I finally felt I would need to replace it. He replaced the unit with a 3 ½ ton Lennox unit.
