Description of Work: Replaced two outside faucets. He was punctual and the work was well done and he used quality parts. However, when speaking with him both on the phone and on the job, he was not very friendly. He seemed too busy to be bothered with his customer. I will use him again,based on his work, as he may have been having an off week. However, if his customer service skiils remain the same, I will not use him afterwards.
