 + 2 morewas told by J Olberding that my then current irrigation system needed replaced in order to have adequate water to the proposed plants. Over 90% of the plants died. I have been in contact with him now for these two years with innumerable promises for correction. He had an "expert" come look at the irrigation 2 months ago (8/11) and the expert found the irrigation not working properly. Was guaranteed repair and replanting, now, he does not answer my emails. The stone walkway had to be redone 3 times to get it right. Since I have worked with J, he has changed the name of his company, which makes me wonder. Beware.
Description of Work: extensive landscaping project around in ground pool with waterfall, irrigation to area and creation of a stone walkway

 + 0 moreWe emailed him the diagrams of the land and he replied 10 days later saying he would speak to us "this week". NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. If he thought the job was going to be too small or he wasn't interested, why didn't he email us? He wasted 2 hours of his time and ours.
Description of Work: We bought mulch from them and discovered they also do landscape design. Made appt to have owner come to view our yard and give us estimate for design of front and back yard. He showed up, spent 2 hours walking the yard with us, discussing our likes/dislikes, making suggestions, and taking notes and pictures. He said he would have plans drawn for us within 2-3 weeks.
