Great job! They came out right away and we’re on time! Team replaced a bad outlet from outside and replaced a generator switch. They even uncovered some shoddy work from a prior electrician. Would definitely recommend. Great experience.

William Howard contacted me promptly to discuss details about hanging pendant lights. He appeared nice on the telephone, so I decided to schedule an appointment. He arrived punctually on the scheduled date and after that point is when my experience turned not so pleasant. He and his son approached my door not wearing masks and when asked about having mask, he acted if I said something totally offensive to him. Considering the world is in a pandemic currently, I am not sure how anyone can get offended when a customer asks for you to wear a mask in their home. His son made the comment that he did not bring one. I find it totally unprofessional to assume that is okay to complete a service at a customer's house without at least having a mask. Nonetheless, they went back to their vehicle and came back with masks. I politely explained to William that I vlog and asked his permission to document the installation. He rudely responded that he was not going to be on YouTube. My issue was not with him declining, it was the tone and how rudely he stated it. I feel as though the dynamic of his attitude changed once I asked them to wear masks because prior to that he appeared nice on the telephone. During the installation, I asked him a question and he totally ignored me, I mean no response. He complained the reason he was struggling with the pendant lights is because of the mask. I thought that was very unprofessional. He also was getting snappy with his son. I will say that his son was very polite and I did not have an issue with him. His son body language led me to believe that he perceived his father as being rude too. I would have preferred the son to complete the install instead. At the very end he decided to answer my question but it was too late, I knew I would never hire him again. Overall, the pendant lights look good and he completed the job, despite his less than positive attitude. I would recommend his son but I would not recommend him due to his unprofessionalism.
