Andrew from Woodwright and Millwork did an amazing job with our interior door installation. He was quick to respond about both requests to come and fit our slab doors into frames that had shifted due to old age. All the doors open and close with ease now! I highly recommend him for any projects and will rehire when I have another project.

The beginning stages of working with Andrew went well, he made us feel that our project was interesting and very reasonable for him to do. Shortly after he was becoming unresponsive via text as I tried to solidify our plans and was eager to sign a contract. Instead of getting back to me I had to text him and request a phone call. He rescheduled that phone call more than once. Once I finally spoke to him he assured me that he would send me an estimate in contract the next evening. I did not receive that. After I did not receive it I text him to ask if we should look for a different contractor and never heard back from him. It wasn't until a week later when I finally text him and said I was going to leave a review that he promptly got back to me and said he had personal issues that got in the way of doing our project. Well I understand life getting in the way, as a business owner myself I also know that if you start to communicate with a prospective client it is your responsibility to let them know that you cannot service them. I found his lack of communication and inconsistent accessibility very concerning.

Andrew did an awesome job with the kitchen remodel and made the process very enjoyable for us. He was excellent at communicating with us and making sure all of our questions were answered. He seemed to truly care that every small detail was done correctly and went out of his way to make sure that happened. The turn around time was quick. When he returned it and put it back in place it was beautiful. The finished product exceptional! He oiled and refinished what was old weathering teak turned gray.
