Trident Bath Works of NC

Here's an unexpected review that I think speaks VOLUMES about Trident. Due to my own changing circumstance, I unfortunately had to cancel my install after we were well into the process. The owner, Paul, worked with me and was more than fair. We will be sure to use him in the future on our next shower project. I would highly recommend getting a quote from him to others. Love the product, love the team. Great group that's eager to earn your business.

Meeting with Brock at Trident Bathworks was a great experience! Not only was he punctual, but he was professional, knowledgeable and just a nice and funny guy to work with. He had ideas and solutions where we had none - so that was helpful! And, although we ultimately had to postpone our project, we were looking forward to the beautiful bathroom that he helped us to design. I'm keeping Trident Bathworks in my address book for the future.

We moved into our house 8 years ago, and I knew then that I wanted to remodel the main bathroom. We finally got serious about it and started getting quotes from various contractors. I couldn’t believe how much it cost, especially as we were not moving any plumbing. Enter Trident Bath. They were able to work with us on the details and scope of our project and came up with a plan that we loved. In fact it was so reasonable and we loved their materials so much, we ended up replacing the guest bathroom shower as well. The timeline was exactly as promised and the communication from Paul and the team was great. We are beyond pleased with the final result. My daughter took her first shower in the new bathroom and said “Mommy, it’s just like the shower in the hotel in Paris!” Higher praise is not to be had. The Trident crew was great to work with and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

I’m a pretty handy person, but a full bathroom remodel is more than I wanted to take on (my wife doesn’t have the most confidence in my plumbing skills). However finding someone who was willing to just do a shower replacement and not a full gut renovation was tough. We interviewed several contractors and either they would only do the full renovation or their pricing was quite high. Then we spoke with Trident Bath. My wife liked their finishing materials and I liked that they would be willing to do the shower replacement only. Their prices were reasonable and we ended up having them replace the shower in both our upstairs bathrooms. They were upfront about timing and what we could expect when and they stuck to that. And when they found rot in our master bathroom they talked us through the remediation and the cost was less than I’d expected. We’re very happy with the end result and would work with Trident again.

20+ year old conventional tub/shower to new walk-in shower transformation in little as 2 days demo to finish product. They installed new toilet & new faucet (owner furnished) for free as added bonus. Super efficient friendly crew. It is beautiful transformation which we'll enjoy next 20+ years. Good quality product & installation. Highly recommanded.
