I haven't had any problems with them.

I will use them again. They do a great job, they are very thorough, they are very good in getting stains out, they are always on time, they honor any discount coupons I have, and they are very reliable.

I had them clean my floor and they are not good. It was Stanley Steemer. They told me, I used them a couple times before, they actually made my floor worse (inaudible), so they are the worst. It took them 5 hours to complete the work. Two people came to do the job and then two came to fix it after the first two people.

We always use them. They did great and the price was pretty good. The quality was great and they were very informative.

It was very expensive!!!!!!! The job was not well done. Technician was abrupt. Even if the technician was amiable I would not use them again because of price and quality of work.

I have used SS in the past, and I will use them again in the future. Got out stains I thought they would not be able too. On time, and very professional.

When I rolled up my rugs there were no stain. When they came back from Stanley Steemer 1 of the 8X10 had some type of chemical spilled on it and of course no one said anything until they were return and Stanley Steemer denied they put it there. It was the worst experience I ever had and this particular Stanley Steemer was out of Raleigh NC. I would never use them again. None of my rugs were properly cleaned. They charged me $50 to pick up and $50 to return them which was ridiculous because I had a Stanley Steemer closer to my address and when I ask why did they come from over 50 miles away one way they stated it is the way they are set up in the system. By the way the rugs were worth over $500 a piece and I was only refunded $24 for my stained rug. I was charged the $187 even though I was not satisfied. Do not pick Stanley Steemer of Raleigh NC to clean your carpets they are a rip off! Of course they will come back with they did not do it! Neither did I !

They have always done an excellent job! They have done work for me twice. I have used a lot of different carpet cleaners in the past and Stanley Steemer is now the only company I will use. They are dependable. Scheduling is easy because you can do it online and it’s very convenient. They are always on time. These guys are just great!

I called at 2:00 on Saturday, September 21.. Two men came at 4:00. They were professional. They were courteous. They said that they might have to come back, but I could call and they would. Stains were showing by Sunday night. The tv was not moved, even though I specifically mentioned that I was going to buy new furniture and rearrange the room and the tv would have to be moved. The bed in guest bedroom was not moved. I did ask if I should move things or help them move things and was told that they would handle everything. I did move some things. I scheduled a follow up for Saturday, the 28th. They were supposed to come between 10:00 and 1:00. Someone called on Wednesday to verify that they would be here on Saturday between 10:00 and 1:00. NO ONE CAME. I called at 1:00 and was told they were running behind and would be here next. I told them that I had waited all day for them to come as PROMISED. I rescheduled for next Saturday for them to come finish the job that I have already paid to have done.

They were right on time and did a good job. They were professional and I liked the fact that they called when they were on their way. They were true to everythiing they said they would do.

We have used them several times and they have always done quality work for us. They are reliable, punctual, quick, and thorough.

I called early in the morning to make an appointment. They came out the same day. (They later mentioned that January is a slow time of year.) Two men came and did all the work in two hours. They were pleasant and very efficient. They took time to answer our questions. We were very pleased with the results.

We used them recently and I liked it. My overall experience was pretty good.

Scheduling was immediate to my needs. The company did very credible job in cleaning six areas of carpet in my home. Carpeting was worn and heavily soiled in some places (had considered replacing it). I liked that no chemical smells accompanied the process. Coasters and blocks were carefully placed under furniture for protection and to enhance floor drying. I have a few complaints, however. Several items were not replaced to original position. Some were left on beds, some partially blocked entrances to non-carpeted areas; lamps were not re-plugged. Also during cleaning I felt that workers were angling for a sizeable tip by complaining about condition of carpet and emphasizing how hard they were working.

If you live in the woods and don't want unwanted visitors then have your husband stand guard.

We had a coupon and we spent about $120. They were okay. They didn’t do the downstairs. I had them do the upstairs. I did notice a little difference in the color of the carpet and everything, but I can’t pull my carpet and do it. We called them and they came out. They were pretty decent. I don’t think I would use them again.

They did a fantastic job. They were thorough and friendly. They had a good price too. I spent $200 on that work. They explained what they were going to do. They checked the carpet and made sure that it could be cleaned. They put all of the furniture on blocks so that the wood would not sit on the carpets and ruin them. Overall, they were very professional.

They called to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time and went over with me what was to be done and the cost. They were very quick and efficient while still being careful with my posessions. They moved all the furnature I asked them to and put down protection pads when replacing the furnature. They told me where they couldn't get all the stains out and went over the problem areas with me. They also put down protector and deodorizer in all areas. We have not had our carpets done for some time but felt it was a little pricey. Had not got other quotes so I'm not sure. Their work was done well though.

They charged $225 out of which $75 was for specialized order which did not work out. They moved the furniture. We paid extra for the pet odor removal and it did not work out. I wasn’t there when they did the job. According to my wife they were not at the house very well. So I feel they did not do a detailed job for what we paid. They were responsive.

Phoned in the morning for a three room, one hall, one staircase estimate. They offered to come that afternoon, arrived on time, and performed the desired service at the quoted price. Staff on phone and in person were professional and pleasant.

They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing, and did a perfect job. They removed all the stains and everything looked brand new and beautiful when they were done. I did not have any sort of trouble with them. They call me every 4-5 months to see if I want anything else done.

I felt that they were professional and polite. They verified the appointment the day before and called when they were on their way. They did everything they said they would and for the price they quoted. I would highly recommend them.

I like how efficient they are in their cleaning. They will move the large furniture for you. They really pay attention to detail. We have them come out to the house twice a year. It really helps keep the carpet in good shape, not to mention looking new. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them. We find that their price is very reasonable also.
