Description of Work: As a Realtor I am always looking for professionals that know what they are doing, show up when they said they would and do good work at a reasonable price. Spa Shop LLC met all those criteria when they were referred by a local spa and hot tub retailer who did not service the kind of hot tub that I needed serviced for a client before putting the property on the market. Not only that but when a another retailer tried to suggest that additional work needed to be done and gave a quote for the parts Spa Shop went out of their way to do the research to show that the retailer was over charging by more than 100% and we are talking about retail prices. Spa Shop was not assured of getting more business to provide that kind of assistance but they took upon themselves to do the research so that my client would not be ripped off. I can highly recommend Spa Shop for servicing most brands of hot tubs or jetted bath tubs. So if you want good work at a fair price you need to call Duane Chornobay. I know I will be doing so in the future.

+ -1 moreI couldn't ask for better service, Duane knows what he is doing and is honest and fair. He went beyond what he was paid for, fixing what was broke, taking the time to answer all my questions and showing me things I didn't know about the SPA. I would recommend him to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe have used hem before ,very responsive, he arrives on time. and he had the parts with him every time. We were surprised that he had our particular replacement part for our tub on hand. I would absolutely recommend him to others!

+ -1 moreHe answered the phone promptly and scheduled his visit within the same week. Arrived on time, and corrected the leak plus a loud noise in just over an hour. Cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Had a leak in our hot tub. From my description and brand, he pretty much knew what needed to be done. I had called 2 other places, but Duane was the only one that could be reached without a problem.

+ -1 moreDuane is a great guy and very honest. He always goes above and beyond to get the job done at a fair price and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Duane for any of your spa needs.
Description of Work: My hot tub stopped working so, I called Duane and he came to fix it the same day. Diagnosed the problem (heater burned out) and had the parts on his truck to fix it. He was also able to assist me with the chemicals and replaced one of the broken headrest pads.

+ -1 moreHe was so affordable and accommodating. He moved the hot tub, hooked it up, reconditioned the pumps, cleaned it, and got it running. He really is a one shop repairman. It was amazing how much he was able to get done.
Description of Work: He went and checked out a used hot tub that I purchased. He moved my hot tub 20 minutes from where I purchased it to my house.
