Description of Work: Smoke Alert team was very professional, courteous and explained satisfactorily the problems they encountered that prevented them from servicing my home. Their equipment could have damaged the existing "flex" dryer venting system as it not metal. Regarding the chimney it is permanently sealed at top and not accessible to their equipment. They provided me with advice as to the proper avenue to pursue in solving problems regarding safely using the gas fireplace. I was impressed by their manner and would consider them in the future should I decide to replace the existing venting system for which they provided me with an estimate.

Description of Work: I thought they would only clean my dryer but they cleaned the entire ventilation system and pulled out a birds nest that was stuck in there. It was taking 2 hours to dry one load of clothes prior to their service visit...if it wasn't for them I would have purchased a new dryer. The problem was all on my vent system and they saved me $500! They did a safety inspection and gave me some very important fire and dryer safety tips I was unaware of and I've been a homeowner for 22 years! Got an great deal and purchased 2 additional updated co2/smoke detectors. Great service, pleasant, very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They cleaned the dryer vent which is at least 20-25 ft long. He tested the airflow 1st then tested it after cleaning and the airflow almost doubled. The service man also checked all the smoke detectors and the co2 detector. |I would highly recommend this company.
