Description of Work: The service person actually was ahead of schedule and called to confirm that would work for me. Because all the service people are professional firefighters, I felt I was not being taken advantage of. The dryer vent went smoothly and some suggestions were made about alternatives on how to change the output of my outside vent. In addition they installed new smoke detectors and I purchased a fire extinguisher. There was no pressure to purchase any of these additional items. Looking for a cleaning service I ran across this vendor and a coupon. Very responsive, friendly and professional, he also upgraded my vent to a solid side vent instead of the flexible piping I had for easier cleaning and did some flashing inside around the vent to seal it better. I'm happy with the service, but I gave a B for quality because I don't think he was going to remove the old venting until I asked him to do it. But I feel much safer having this done and future cleanings will be much easier.
