Description of Work: Second story dryer vent cleaning and purchased a fire extinguisher. I will def use this one in the future.

Description of Work: Had a dryer vent replaced, about an 18ft run, from the back of the dryer to the outside vent. The outside vent was also replaced. The original dryer vent was vinyl, had numerous sags, and most of all was not up to code. This vent was installed like this when the house was new in 2006, so much for a home inspection. (code had changed long before that) Also had four smoke alarms replaced as the originals were over 10 years old. Current thinking is that after 10 years they need replacing. Extremely satisfied with the work performed. The technician was on-time, very professional and knew their trade well. Plan on calling them again when the vent needs cleaning.

Description of Work: The chimney inspection service was scheduled for $90, but the technician asked for $99 even after I told him the arranged price was $90. |Also, his inspection uncovered that the output of the dryer needed a repair for $50 which the regular handyman said that no repair was needed.

While they were here, they also made certain all are smoke detectors were working properly and replaced our fire extinguishers. We called them to clean out the dryer vent, but it was nice to have them check the house for other potential hazards.

Description of Work: Excellent job! They did chimney inspection and cleaning, dryer vent cleaning with new outlet cover placed on the exterior wall. Also included in priced were 2 smoke alarms and commercially grade fire extinguishers. I was pleased with the job!

Description of Work: It went well. Technician cleaned and inspected fireplace. Problem was found and treated but now I need repeat cleaning of chimney after creasode treatment. Price for that is quite a bit more. I would have appreciated the second treatment at the same price
