R & D Painting

Description of Work: Scraped and repainted porch railings and posts. Painted front entry door a brighter shade of red. All paint scrapings were picked up around the area and everything had a good even coat on it. Would go with them again.

Description of Work: Had my living room painted. When they came and gave me an estimate I specifically pointed out several places on our walls that needed to be repaired somehow due to tape bubbling or tape showing. He said they would take care of them before they painted. When they came to paint I did see them put mud on them, so I assumed the issues would be taken care of. They painted and were neat and did a good job on the walls and trim. They did not have any drips or anything, so as far as the painting went I was happy with it. Unfortunately, after the paint dried, the spots that had issues before were still just as visible as ever. When the owner emailed me to ask if I was happy with the paint job I told him I was very disappointed that the places on the walls still looked just like before. He never responded. I did not pursue it after that point. I would not use them again since they do not seem to have any interest in whether you are really satisfied with their work.
