Description of Work: A sevice tech could not/ would not turn off the water valve on the back of the ice maker. we had to call a "plumber". my wife did and Poole's sent someone out right away, and he turned off the valve and showed my wife how to open and close the valve. |They actually felt bad about charging us, but I don't have a problem with that. A service call is a service call. My fault for not being here! |

Description of Work: Replaced our 13 year old gas water heater and installed a Grundfos Comfort system. We had things scheduled for the following week but the water heater started leaking and they re-arranged the schedule to do it within days of my calling. We are so appreciative. Thank you Poole's Plumbing. I would highly recommend them for you needs.

Description of Work: Having an issue with the water heater, water was scalding hot. They replaced the thermostats, upper and lower, and the elements, upper and lower. Techs were on time and very professional, took their time and did a good job. Water heater is 8 years old, they provided information on the replacement cost when it becomes necessary.

Description of Work: Our downstairs toilet became very hard to flush due to a worn out seal which I was unable to repair myself. Poole's Plumbing rep showed up on time, replaced the seal, burnished the drain pipe, checked the rest of the toilets for wear and completed the job very satisfactorily. The technician told us what we needed to do to repair it ourselves should the trouble happen again.

Description of Work: I called on Tuesday 11/11/2014 because pipes were making funning noise and I smelled sewage in the bathroom. Person I talked to on phone said it was probably sewer line blockage. She worked me in for that morning. Technician arrive on time called me at work explained services. I choose the more expensive one that involved camera to look in pipe. They cleared out pipe and on inspection with found roots had grown into pipe. |Called explained everything and what cost would be. We arrange for them to come the next day to repair. Poole's arrange the necessary permits and had electrical and gas lines marked. They arrive the next. They were very professional Removed and replace the part that had been clogged by roots. The seeded my lawn and put down hay where they had to dig up yard.

Description of Work: Emergency call for frozen water pipes. I was very pleased with their willingness to come out and thaw the water pipes as I was not a regular customer of theirs. The fellows that came out were great. After thawing out the pipes they wrapped them with insulation for me. I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for a new water heater. Also on moving its location. There prices were very good. They also told me ways to extend the life of my current water heater... Which thankfully I have not had to replace, but I will call them when I do.
