Showed up on time. Estimate was fair and clear. Work done correctly and thoroughly tested. Follow up from management to ask about my satisfaction was prompt. Guys were very friendly and willing to show me exactly what was happening.

Noticed leaking toilet on my way out the door to work at 6am on a Friday. Not sure I could get someone out the same day and worried about going into the weekend. I left messages at 3 places - none called me back. Poole's Plumbing answered the phone at 7am and scheduled me for that morning. The repairman called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed my problem and let me know what the cost would be. The repair was made quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself. The cost was reasonable. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them and use them again!

All I can say is wow......start to finish I was very impressed with Poole's level of professionalism, responsiveness, and workmanship. Our water heater went out on a Wednesday evening and we called Thursday morning to talk to someone about our options. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed to get a better idea of the cost to upgrade from what we had (a traditonal water heater) to a hybrid model. I called at 7:30 and the phone was answered by a real live person (not an annoying phone tree), and she put the estimator on the phone to talk options. My husband and I considered everything overnight and he called Friday morning to see when they would be able to do a formal estimate. Within hours Scott was at our house to do a formal estimate and see if the taller water heater would fit in our crawl space. We were amazed that they could get to our house on Friday, and that as soon as Monday we could have hot water again. Install - our appointment was set for Monday after Noon but the install guys called at 11:30 to see if they could come early (??when does that ever happen??). Both Joe and Jamie were great - very professional and hard working. They arrived and got down to business and everything seemed to happen seamlessly. Once the unit was installed, almost as if 'on cue,' the electrician arrived and just like that we had hot water again. Overall I am very impressed with Poole's level of customer service - other contractors should take lessons. Like I said above, Start to finish the experience was great.....if you have to get a new water heater or have plumbing needs call Poole's! On a side note, my neighbor's mother was out in her son's side yard trying to get rid (unsuccessfully) of some bamboo. The door to our crawl space is near his side yard, and when Joe saw her struggling he didn't hesitate to help. Such a nice thing to do.

Checked the faucets, water heater and everything. They came out right away. They even unclogged one of my bathroom sinks at no charge. I had a leaky faucet which they offered to fix for around $200.00. They then suggested that I just buy a new one as it would probably be cheaper and it was.

Our experience with Poole's Plumbing was very positive, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

If I could rate Poole's higher on responsiveness and punctuality I would. We had them come out to our home about a year ago to take a look at our hot water heater as I had no hot water. Since it was a year ago I can't remember if they came out that same day or the next. After looking at hot water heater the two men showed me where it failed and what it would take to repair. It was also explained that the same issue would happen again, and it would be best to replace. They also pointed out that the heater failed because I did not have a pressure regulator, and that the bottom of the tank was rusting from sitting on a couple of bricks instead of a concrete pour pad. They gave me an estimate and got to work. It took nearly all day which was expected wtih the amount of work they had to complete. They kept busy and did not waste any time in getting the job done. Even pouring rain most of the day didn't deter them. The work was completed in one day and the final price matched the updated estimate. Both were courteous and were very clear in what they would do before they did it, and why it would need to be done.

Showed up early for a 1:00 appt. after a call from thier office asking if it was ok to come early. Needed a short hose coupling , so they went to Lowe's and got one. 2 very nice and professional men. Had next day service.

They were pretty meticulous about getting it inspected. They made sure they got the right stuff before they got out here. I was pretty impressed with the schedule. It was pretty thorough. I thought they were prompt 'cause it didn't take a lot of time.

My attic hot water heater started leaking, so I wanted to switch to a tankless system in the crawlspace. I got 3 quotes. Poole's plumbing came out the same day and were very helpful and friendly. They provided me with a very competitive quote and answered a few follow up questions via email later that day. Once I selected them, they were able to schedule the work quickly. The guys came out and were punctual and very professional. The job went perfect and I am happy with my new system. I would recommend Poole's Plumbing without hesitation.

Two rude men came to my house, did not speak or introduce themselves. Discussed plumbing issue among themselves. Behaved as if I were irrelevant to discussion when asked if the could fix problem they told me me oh that Is not covered. I would not pay these two guys for such rude service and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had 3 repairs that needed to be done, so I was expecting the bill to be time and materials.

1st visit - Plumber arrived on time, asked questions, listened to me describe symptoms and situation, looked in crawl space and all over house & garage. Said it was a slow leak in the water heater and if I scheduled an appointment with the office that day, it could be replaced the next day otherwise the next appointment would be in 3 days due to heavy volume of cold weather-related issues.

Replaced water heater; great price, came the next day , professional and knowledgeable.

The service was performed within a day of my phone call and the repairmen came promptly at the time they said they would come. We were quoted a price over the phone of what that job would cost and the price was exactly the same. The men had to turn off the water and remove old pipes and the faucet box and put a new one in. Unfortunately, the only negative thing was they did not repair the hole they had to create in the drywall to get to the plumbing. I did not realize at the time that was not part of their job.

He was prompt and friendly. I watched his work throughout the visit. His work was professionally completed and he cleaned his area satisfactorily. I have nothing but praise for the job that was done!

Tom and Joe were excellent. They were well prepared, knowledgeable, and informed me of how things would proceed. There were no surprises. Tom was kind enough to wait while I looked up and printed the Angie's List coupon. The last time I called a plumber it went nothing like this visit. Tome and Joe restored my confidence in being treated fairly by plumbers.

Company were able to come out for repairs within a couple of days of when I called (non emergency repairs). Plumber was able to find a work around for fixing toilet without having to cut a hole in the ceiling below. Work was done quickly and price was reasonable.

I thought the job went well. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. I had the faucet and they installed it perfectly. They had to cut a hole in the adjoining bedroom but i knew that was going to happen. What surprised me was where they did the cutting of the drywall and piping there was no debris. My carpet and surrounding furniture were spotless. The pricing was very good. I had other estimates going from $250 to $800 for the same job. The plumber who estimated $250 never got back to me after 3 tries so I went elsewhere. I went to the homeshow on Sept. 28 and Poole's was there, I spoke to the gentlemen and they gave me the price. The original price was $330 but I used a coupon for $25 they had posted. I have already gotten estimates for two more jobs for them to do. So far I am very happy with them.

Highly recommend this company. When the Wake Co inspector came out to approve the work he told me everything was PERFECT!!! Couldn't ask for anything more!

At first, they brought the wrong size water heater. However, they were very responsive in making sure to get the correct on there. They even gave me a discount.

Joe and Kevin showed up on time, professional and personable. Got right to work. Replaced my old water heater, installed a new pad to place the new water heater on to conform to code, installed a pressure tank and ran an expansion pipe out of my crawl space to the outside of the foundation to allow for any back pressure to expel outside of the foundation to eliminate mold growth. The operation was tedious and difficult but these guys did not complain or let up. They also went through the house and checked all the aerators on each sink and shower head to ensure they were clean. Tim the Operations Manager came by to over see the initial part of the operation, he apparently saw no need to stay so he left. That told me he was confident in his crew. I will contact Poole's Plumbing again for my plumbing needs. They did an outstanding job.

The team that came for our initial service visit was punctual and very courteous. They were polite to my small kids, wore covers on their shoes, etc. They quickly fixed our issues (water pressure was low in a kitchen sink) and efficiently gave us an estimate on our leaking hot water heater. Setting up the day of the hot water heater was easy - they were very flexible with my work schedule. The crew that installed the new hot water heater was equally courteous. They finished the job in about an hour and a half with little to no disruption to our morning. I would definitely use this company again.

Poole's plumbing was recommended by my neighbor who said they were terrific. I called them and they promptly came out for for an estimate. Price was great, service was great, install was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great response and the two gentlemen who came to the house to do the work were fantastic
