Everything went very well. Mr. Parnell was quick to respond, and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and was clear in explaining what I needed. Told me what it would cost, which was a fair prIce. He was able to get the part and come back the next day to replace the old breaker. Mr. Parnell was professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I would definitely hire again for any future electrical work.

We have used this company twice before, so they were one of the first companies I contacted for a quote for this job. We had them replace an exterior light fixture, an interior light fixture, 9 interior electrical outlets, and 2 interior light switches. The 2 kitchen outlets were also converted to GFCI protection. They were booked up, but the owner worked with me to get a date that would work for us because we have a baby coming any day now. The other 2 jobs we hired them for, the owner did the work himself with the help of an assistant. This time there was a 2 man crew (without the owner present). The crew did an outstanding job. They showed up a few minutes early, wore boot covers in the house, were courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the outcome and feel the price was fair for the quality of the work received.

I hired Joe to install a new cable outlet for a home office a few months ago and things went well, so I called him back over to install a new electrical outlet and to replace an existing outlet that was damaged. His office manager did a good job keeping me informed about his arrival time and he did arrive within the 2 hour window he promised. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Joe originally quoted me 1.5 hours of labor with a 2-man crew for $185, but ended up completing the job in an hour with a 3-man crew which came out a little cheaper ($170) than his original quote. The work looks good and the new outlet will make our office much more functional.

The owner, Joe, handled the job personally. He worked efficiently, wore boots in the house, and cleaned up after himself. We needed a high-quality cable connection to run high-speed internet to a home office. Joe listened to my concerns and did a great job. Our connection speeds are now better than they have ever been! Joe also took time to let me pick his brain about some other electrical concerns in the house. He was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use again!

Awesome experience. Arrived on time, covers on shoes, and all three went to work. Very professional and did an outstanding job. We will definitely use should we need electrical work in the future.

Joe came out morning after contacting him by phone. He replaced a circuit breaker that was over heating and tripping due to a bad or loose connection. Everything went well!!!!

Called and Joe was here the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was fair. Would use Parnell Electric again.

They thoroughly checked the wiring, replaced three outlets in our garage and routed our refrigerator to its own outlet (as our fridge turned out to be the problem starter). The electrician actually even fixed an issue we had with my car battery while he was there. Very reasonable in cost as well. We would highly recommend this company to others.

Showed up right on time. Cleaned up as they went along as well. Made helpful suggestions throughout the time they were here. All fans run without the least bit of noise or wobble. Very good electrical service.

Joe and his team explained what they would do, quoted me a prices and showed up on time did the work quickly and left things as the found them. They did a great job.

Joe was very professional, knowledgable, pleasant. As a EE, I'm was amazed to find some electricians who have poor basic knowledge, become defensive when questioned, all while giving sky high estimates. Joe knows his stuff, is reasonably priced and does good work.

I had a few different electrical problems found by a home inspector. I had another electrician come out before Joe and try to make a meal of the work, think used car dealer. Joe came out and easily took care of everything on the list without any sales pitch. He did all the work himself and is a very knowledgeable guy. He was professional and clean cut.I would definitely use him again.
