Caleb was very professional and earned my business by offering to help with the insurance company. I really didn't need to do a thing except pay my deductible. The company was a pleasure to work with, and very communicative on scheduling around rain. My roof looks great and it was a completely painless experience!

Fantastic customer service! Sean Holmes, owner/representative, was extremely responsive and engaged from start to finish of our project. We couldn’t be happier with the process of working with Odyssey and with their completed work. We had several roofing companies look at our roof, before choosing Odyssey. We were immediately impressed with Sean who was personable and friendly. He did an extremely detailed inspection, taking a number of pictures to show us damage we were unaware of and which was significant. He advised us to contact our insurance company to submit a claim (hadn’t realized we could do that!), then made sure to be there when the adjustor arrived. Our roof was a bit more complicated than some, as we had three skylights that needed replacing and wanted to add two more skylights, a solar tube, and a roof ridge. Odyssey took all this on, and even went the extra mile in helping us select and order the right skylights. Before starting work, Sean made extra-sure everything needed was on-site. Then, on roofing day, Odyssey’s work crew showed up prepared and within the day had finished absolutely EVERYTHING perfectly. Follow up was immediate, including giving us info and invoices needed to complete our insurance claim. Frankly, this might be the best experience we’ve ever had in working with a contractor.

I am impressed with the job Odyssey Contracting did for me. They are professional, prompt, clean and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roofs. They keep the area clean which is important since I have dogs. They paid attention to my needs. They delivered on their promises which is most important to me. Their price was great too.

Odyssey gets an A+ for professionalism, scheduling and courtesy. They are clearly very experienced in working with insurance companies to streamline the process and were very organized and professional from the beginning. I hired them because 5 of my neighbors had used them- so the yard signs do work. They were accommodating and flexible in terms of scheduling and shifted things around as needed based on adverse weather and my availability. I give Odyssey a B for the actual work. The roofers completed the job in a day, including working after dark. However, when the roofers reattached my sat dish to the roof, they left holes in my new shingles from what I assume was a previous attempt to attach the dish. My dish company notified me and took photos when they came out for a service call to reposition the dish. I was unhappy, to say the least, but the site supervisor immediately apologized and assured me that the damaged shingles would be replaced ASAP. He notified me that the work had been completed the next day, and I can only assume that's true since I haven't personally inspected the roof. As far as the indoor work that needed to be done, the team did a good job, but were very reluctant to do some of the work that had been initially agreed upon. Eventually everything was taken care of (after a bit of "teeth pulling" and a few calls to my contact at Odyssey). For the final invoicing, Odyssey gets a C+. First, they tried to charge me for services that were included by the claims adjuster but were not actually performed. I imagine this is the same shady crap that a lot of contractors would attempt to pull. Once they had corrected those charges in the invoice, they neglected to include the $200 payment toward my deductible that they offered to pay at the start if I wrote 3 reviews (like I'm doing now) and allowed them to put out a yard sign. In summary, I'm giving Odyssey a B overall. The work was ultimately done well and in a timely manner and everyone that I personally worked with was courteous and professional. I would recommend them with the caveat that you need to maintain a certain degree of oversight to ensure that corners aren't cut (e.g. leaving holes in shingles) and you aren't being overcharged (e.g. for services not actually performed), but I would not use them again.

I was very pleased with the job the Odyssey Contracting team did in roofing my house. They arrived early and were able to complete the job in one day. My new roof looks great!!.

I highly recommend Odyssey Contracting for their professionalism and employee work ethics. My main contact was with Timothy Barnes. He was very efficient in explaining the total process and honored the set time frames. I am very please with the work (inside painting and roof replacement) and would certainly use this firm again.

A neighbor of ours previously used Odyssey Contracting to help them with their roof repairs - so we called them out for an estimate. Sean (the owner) quickly came out to assess the roof and noticed where the shingles were actually beginning to crumble - he also notified us that the shingles on our roof were currently under recall from the manufacturer. Since there was water damage in the interior plus the roof showed signs of damage from wind and hail - Sean suggested that we had a good case to file an insurance claim for the roof repair/replacement. Can't thank him enough - as he walked us through the claim process, met the adjuster for review of the roof, and worked with insurance to make sure that our claim was approved. After the claim was approved, Sean's crew at Odyssey Contracting did a fantastic and efficient job of replacing our roof and also repairing the water damage to our ceiling. Odyssey Contracting is truly a one-stop shop for home repairs which we would highly recommend!
