+ 0 moreThey finished on budget, on time and even came back to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. We were. In fact, we are going to use their services again this fall and I am confident that the work will again be top notch.
Description of Work: Finished the attic space over our garage. The space was unfinished, with no insulation and gaps in the walls and exposed to the elements. This made the attached bedroom extremely cold in the winter. After insulation, drywall, lighting, new exterior window, flooring, paint and tapping into the homes HVAC system with new ductwork, we now have the storage space that we desperately needed.

+ -1 moreIt went WELL! Greg is not only a master craftsman, and very honest, but also has excellent people skills that many contractors lack. He helped us plan the whole addition with a 3d model he hand-cut, and then allowed us to modify as we went. He always gave us options with each new major decision, and pros and cons for each.
Description of Work: 2 story 1200 sq ft. addition: bonus room below, loft above, bathroom w natural tile, spiral staircase, woodstove, new HVAC, hardwoods, etc. ALSO 2 story 800 sq ft. screen deck: dining area below, personal patio above.

+ -1 moreGreg has done tons of work for me over the past couple years. He helped me remodel my master and guest bathrooms which were gutted down to the studs. He also helped me remodel our kitchen including installing cabinets. On this trip he helped install crown molding. There is nothing that Greg can't do. He is very thorough and has a great attention to detail. He may take longer to do certain things, but you know that it is done correctly. He will quote you for the job or by the hour. He's willing to help you out with your projects if you handy yourself. He stays busy, so you may have to put your project on hold till he can get to you.
Description of Work: Installed crown molding in two bedrooms.

+ -1 moreThe job went as planned - work was scheduled and completed on time and within budget. Greg is very easy to work with, and knows his stuff. My husband, who does roofing, has also worked with Greg on other jobs in the past. The quality of Greg's work and his integrity are both outstanding. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Greg replaced some of our old windows with new energy-efficient windows. While there, he also did a few minor trim repairs. A few of the windows were challenging due to slight size differences, which required some carpentry work.

+ -1 moreGreg is, quite simply, the best. His workmanship is outstanding, his attention to detail admirable, and his skills top-notch. Moreover, he is honest and reasonably priced, and takes great care to both explain the expenses on a job, and not to unnecessarily incur any additional ones.
Description of Work: Greg has done a number of different jobs for us, ranging from a complete bathroom remodel to building a fence outside (on the last, he worked with me, teaching me how to do it myself).

+ 0 moreHe did very good work and is a kind man. He worked with our previous design and really improved the overall look. He also taught my daughter how to use carpenter tools and allowed her to assist him with the carpentry work.
Description of Work: He enlarged the island in my kitchen from 2x4 feet to 3x6 feet.
