He goes there often enough that he feels like there are certain people that he likes and knows there. That makes a difference and it is close to us. It is nearer to us that other big box home improvement stores. Their pricing is the same as other competitors. We have never been unhappy with anything, and if we have they have taken care of it. We use them on a regular basis.

They estimated $7100. The main reason why I didn't go with them was the price and it seemed like the product wasn't of the same quality as what the store that I bought it from was offering. They both offered good warranty but the other store gave us a better price.

The process for setting up the in-home consulation was quick and painless. Brent Pretzsch, Lowe's Project Specialist - Exterior, arrived on time and was professional. He took his time to explain their product line and listened to our concerns. So far they are the only installers of and quot;Miami-Dade Certifiedand quot; fences. He quoted 226 linear feet of their Lennox White Vinyl 4x8 at $6195.37.

The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day. All hardware was replaced. So far so good.

Lowes contracted the work out. The doors were Reliabilt Amarr 700 series. The openers were Chamberlain 3/4-HP Whisper Drive Plus Evercharge Standby Garage Access System. The installation of the doors was fairly uneventful with the exception of having to clean up after the install. Same for the openers. Workers were competent, explained the little nuances of the doors and openers. Everything is working perfectly and as expected.

I called Sly, the person that I normally deal with, and told him what I wanted. He got me the best price and exactly the model that I wanted. When the delivery truck came to my house in Raleigh, they had the wrong item. Since I had already removed all my stuff from my broken fridge, I told them that I needed to have it immediately. They called another truck that went back to the store in Garner and picked up my fridge and brought it to me. I love the fridge and I think it was great that they took care of the small error. They took the old fridge away and even helped me clean up some of the water leaking from the old freezer.

They did a good job, everything went off very well. I was pleased with both of the companies that they hired for me and I felt that the pricing was reasonable.
