Was on time each day. Did work in timely fashion. Friendly and respectful. Did beautiful job on a shower install.

Mike never finished the job he promised he would. I paid early because of the covid 19 pandemic and Mike said he would schedule something after the reopening. I have reached out a number of times without a reply from Mike. Very very very disappointed.

My wife and I hired Mike to renovate our master shower including moving plumbing and shower fixtures as well as all new tile... Mike's Communication and Punctuality were excellent throughout the project... We were always kept up to date on progress and tasks to be completed each day... He kept a very clean and organized work area and completed the work ahead of his original schedule... His commitment to Quality shows through in the finished work, my wife and I are in absolute Wow of his Workmanship... Mike is more then just a contractor he is a Professional... We would absolutely hire him again and recommend him for any project, large or small...

Mike's quality of work is exceptional but what really sets Mike apart from other contractors I have worked with was his professionalism. Mike promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me with an estimate, and a time frame when he could perform the work. Mike followed up with me on the exact date that he said he would and we discussed a time to start the work. We decided on a 6:30 AM start and Mike showed up on time (6:25). Mike completed, what I would consider, a difficult job that involved removing the old floor to the sub floor and installing ceramic tile. The existing floors in my house were not even and each of the transitions was not even either. Mike did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles quickly and making our floors look amazing. In addition to his quality and professionalism he is an amazing person who is motivating and great to talk to. Finding all of these qualities in one contractor is extremely rare and I would encourage everyone to seize the opportunity to hire Mike for your tile job.

I hired Smith Construction Services, also known as MBS Tile and Marble, to do a bathroom renovation. He was unethical and dishonest. I paid him $9,000 and he only did three 8 hour days of labor and left by bathroom completely gutted. The little bit of plumbing and framing he did had to be ripped out and completed by another contractor. I had 4 contractors say his workmanship was shoddy and incorrect. He cut a floor joist and lied when I asked him why he cut it and said he did not cut it, but I have before and after pictures to prove he cut it. When I confronted him about it he picked up his tools and left and never returned. He also told me he needed to add $4,000 labor to the job because he needed to rip out the hardwood floors in the adjoining bedroom because they were water damaged from the bathroom. I had a flooring company come to inspect them and confirm that there was no water damage and the floors did not need to be replaced. I have documentation that I paid Mike Smith $9,000 and I have 100 s of pictures documenting his shoddy workmanship. He will say I had trouble paying him, which is a complete lie, and I have documentation that I paid him $9,000. He left me with a totally gutted bathroom. He is very dishonest and unethical and can t be trusted.

He was quick to respond, arrived on time, was meticulous and did a great job at a reasonable price. My back splash looks beautiful.

Working on old houses is a challenge and Mike Smith went above and beyond to get every aspect just right. Mike came over on a Sunday afternoon to look at the job and was finished by the following Sunday. My funky old bathroom was transformed to a modern spa-like sanctuary. Honest, hardworking, fair priced, reliable, and timely! Thanks Mike and Logan!

we hit unexpected issues which entailed alot more work , what went from a simple bathroom floor replacement turned into a total remodel due to a rotted floor. MBS took the issues and stride offered me options and made sure I knew what was going on the entire project.and yes I will definitely use them again.

Mike was upfront and straight forward. No "jerking around". He is a former veteran and completes his work as if it's a mission. He was early (15 mins) to start which is the proper thing to do. His work was outstanding and he was done earlier than quoted. He is a little more expensive than others I interviewed but, his work ethic, timeline and the fact he is a fellow veteran made it an obvious choice.

He was at the job every single day ahead of schedule, he worked until he was done, no breaks, no screwing around. The workmanship is top notch and we could not be happier with the results.
