These guys were quick to respond and cleaned both air conditioners, which required removing them from the roof of my RV. While up there a couple minor leak areas were discovered and corrected. Very good at explaining what was happening and also very quick response.

George and his crew were awesome! I had been to another repair shop in Raleigh the prior year to fix the leak and they did a horrible job, forgetting to replace some parts, using poor craftsmanship and after all that, the leak wasn't fixed. George and his guys worked quickly, and thoroughly fixing the mistakes the other repairman made while explaining to me in detail what they were doing. It is not easy to discover where a leak is without removing the ceiling which would have been costly so they replaced the AC gasket and resealed it well. George also neatly sealed every seam on the outside of the roof and along the roof racks. While he had the trailer, he checked the lift system on his own initiative to make sure I wouldn't have any problems with it later. A week later, the leak was still there. He had me come in the same day and he discovered where the water was really coming in. He and his crew worked quickly to not only replace every screw in the roof rack where the water was coming in,but also use a bonding agent wrapping every screw. No more leaks!

He phoned in an order for the a/c unit (while I was there) and promised the work would be completed by Wednesday of the following week but he instead finished early and my trailer was ready for pick-up that Monday. Payment was very easy too, he swiped my credit card with one of those and quot;Squareand quot; card readers on his phone and emailed me the receipt. I payed for parts when I dropped off the trailer and labor, separately, when I picked it up the following Monday. When I came to pick up the trailer he had it set up in his shop with the newly installed a/c unit operating. He walked me through the basic operation of the a/c unit a few highlights about the installation. I was very impressed with his work and the wiring job was especially clean and hidden. Even more impressive was that without asking (or charging) me, he went ahead and took care of a few minor issues that he noticed while he had my trailer in his shop. He tightened the cable clutch for raising the top and refastened a trim piece that was loose on the bumper.
