Received as a gift a DVD Recorder/VCR player. I thought I could connect myself - until I looked at the instructions and it became all Greek to me. Realizing I needed help - I checked Angie's List and came up with Wayne. He and his partner were not only able to connect it for me - but - then took the time to teach me how to use it. If stars were used as a rating they would definitely get 5 from me (that being the highest number).

xt job in the new year.Wayne picked up the phone when I first called (so many just go to a message service), understood immediately what I needed, made an appointment that worked with my schedule, arrived on time, efficiently looked at what I needed and gave me various options, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess. Super nice guy, incredibly reasonably priced, knows what he is talking about, quick and efficient. In less than 24 hours I've already recommended him to two people. Will absolutely use him again.

We have used Home Audio in the past and were extremely pleased with the fast, reasonable and good service Wayne provides. So when we finally replaced our heavy old TV with a new flat screen, we called Wayne again to set it up and connect to the surround sound system we had him install years earlier. He gave us a date of a few days out, arrived on time and in under an hour, had the TV all set up, functioning and ready to go. He charged only a service fee. We have recommended Wayne to many others and will always call on him when we have audio needs.

Wayne provided an estimate on the job earlier in the month and gave us a good price. We wanted to buy and have a 50 inch TV installed above our fireplace mantle and have music available on our screened-in porch. We set-up a time for installation this past week after I received my TV and sound bar. Wayne and his assistant Neal installed the TV and sound bar. They hooked up a receiver that they provided and installed 2 outdoor speakers mounted in the ceiling and a control box. They hooked up my DVD player also. All of the installation went smoothly even though Wayne had some concerns about mounting a TV into our newly built stone fireplace. Everything was installed to our satisfaction and all components and controls were explained to us. They cleaned the job-site to our satisfaction. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and professionalism and would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them for any audio/visual needs.

It could not have gone better. I am very happy with the work that was done. Wayne showed up on time and completed the project exactly as specified and exactly on budget. He moved 2 cable outlets to opposite walls. Unfortunately we made the decision to do so after the house had been painted and Wayne accomplished this task without ruining my walls or ceiling, when he was done the wires were hidden and you wouldn't even know he was there.

Wayne was early and got right to work on setting up the AV system after asking us a couple of questions about the various components that needed to be wired into it. He and his assistant carefully set up the speakers, and even asked if it was okay to move a chair so they had a bit of room to wire one speaker. They moved it back as soon as they finished. We had this system wired together in our previous home, but now we feel that it wasn't done exactly right then because it sounds so much better since Wayne did the current set-up. It's actually wired differently than previously, and it makes a big difference. Wayne is a very personable man and I recommend him to anyone who wants to have their home AV/home theater system installed by a skilled professional.

We had flood damage that wreaked havoc on our electrical system. Wayne was always attentive, very informative every step of the way. He replaced our intercom system, security system and surround sound system, as well as hung a flat screen tv. Without hesitation I will recommend Home Audio Solutions to anyone who needs A/V work done at their home. Wayne and James were great!

They did a good job and i would use them again

I found Home Audio Solutions on Angie's List and after leaving a message immediately got a call back. Wayne was out the next day to remove the unit and then learned that his supplier would not accept it for return to the manufacturer for repair since I did not buy it from them. [The unit came with the house, installed by the builder.] He contacted the manufacturer and shipped it back - advising me what the manufacturing was charging. In slightly more than 2 weeks - and this over the X'mas holidays, Wayne called that it was back and made arrangement to reinstall it. He came out the next day, knew exactly what he was doing and amazed me as he expertly handled the tangle of wires. If the master unit - which is no longer in production - could not be repaired, it would have cost in the range of $3,000 to replace it and all speakers, which are no longer compatible with the new master unit. This way I spent a total of $300 for everything. Wayne deserves an "A" in every Angie's List category and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone - something I am normally hesitant to do.

My experience was great. They called me back shortly after I sent them an email. The owner even asked me if I wanted Cat5 cabling instead as it was about $25 dollar per connection cheaper. They arrived on time and gave me an estimate. They were very neat and put all the things back like they were. i had a wonderful experience.

Everything went great. They provided an estimate and when I agreed, they were ready to start immediately. They made excellent recommendations regarding how to set the room up, and worked with me when I made last minute changes. I will be having them back soon to help set up my new TV and the rest of the entertainment system now that the rest of the basement is almost finished.

Wayne and his team were wonderful to work with. They were exactly on time, made sure they had the right materials to do the job well and did it in a very timely fashion for an extremely reasonable cost. I would highly recommend using them for any home / audio jobs.

Did great. Quick response to my request for service. No upsell while installing but did provide suggestions for improving the look and utility of the Hom Theater system. I will have them back for sure.

Upon calling for an estimate, Wayne was very quick to set up the consultation. From there, he was also quick to schedule the service. He was on site for the actual work to be performed and both gentlemen did an excellent job of getting the job done correctly, quickly, and on budget. There was no mess left to clean up and all furniture was put back in its original place. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone in need of audio services.

Wayne provided timely competent service and for a great value. Additionally in the pre-wire stage, he was able to assist us to design the wiring layout best suited for our new home. We would totally recommend his services.

They were very competent, professional, and pleasant. The two of them worked very hard for two hours, and seeing what the work involved convinced me that the price was very reasonable. They told me before doing the work exactly what it would cost, so there were no surprises there, and they made sure everything worked before they left. They were careful to protect flooring, furniture, and the wall and cleaned up absolutely everything.

I would highly recommend NC Home Audio Solutions! Wayne and his team were great--from the prompt 1st phone call to discuss the estimate to the last details on the install. I priced out a few other home theater installs in the area and Wayne was the most reasonable--he listened to what my needs were and didn't try to over sell me speakers or other stereo equipment. He also was very realistic and up front about what could be done with my install and the way my living room was set-up. The other estimates I got promised wires could be fished where they actually could not be and I was told I needed a very expensive remote, receiver and speakers. Wayne explains everything is detail every step along the way so you know exactly what to expect. The install went beautifully and quick--TV mounted, in-wall speaker installed, receiver added and wires fished through a wall to the new components (to be concealed later by a window seat that I am having built). With the components and cable remote I had, Wayne saved me some money by figuring out that the cable remote could turn everything on and off (including the new receiver) rather than purchasing an all-in-one remote. They left the house clean and explained everything about the new system. Questions after the install were answered immediately. Will be using Home Audio Solutions again for my Bonus room set-up.

Wayne and James arrived on time and quickly began to get to work. They were professional and very experienced. All three televisions required wiring be done behind the wall and new outlets installed in addition to mounting the wall brackets. I had purchased 2 new Blue Ray DVD players (still in their boxes) and Wayne was kind enough to hook them up for me. They brought everything they needed to do the job and when they were done, they cleaned up everything. End result is that I have all my telelvisions on the wall and they look fantastic. I would definitely recommend Home audio Solutions. Wayne told me up front that his estimate was not going to change once the service was done unless they encountered a unforeseen problem and he was right on the money when it came time to settle up. Great experience - so excited!
