Went better than expected. Two days after the install a contractor broke one the HDMI cables that was run through the walls. These guys came back out and replaced the cables free of charge. FANTASTIC customer service.

I just moved into a new home and called Wayne to a) figure out what we already had and b) recommend a viable solution He presented me with 3 solutions (good, better, and best) and allowed me to make the best decision based on needs and cost. He figured out the existing system and enhanced it with a more modern Sonos based system. He also connected the system in the bonus room to existing equipment from my previous home. Overall, it was excellent. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them and more importantly, he provided options and allowed me to make the decision. He's the professional, so I was very interested in his opinion and he had no problem providing it. He is knowledgeable, personal and very professional. I highly recommend him and I have found my new A/V expert for my new home. He also connected a data port for me as well. The house is wired, but the diagram is dated. Wayne figured out the right port pretty quickly.

Wayne and his assistant did a great job of mounting my surround speakers to my walls and running all of the wire behind the walls and under our crawl space. On time, professional, very reasonably priced and quality work. Would hire again for sure.

Well, the job was a bit complicated. Got the job done as I wanted.

Wayne arrived a day early which was great. Removed two TV's from walls. Put a 65" over our fireplace. Put a new articulating mount up in our BR and mounted our old tv to that after removing a smaller tv to my guest BR. Installed a 25' HDMI cable through the wall under Nader our house for the new tv. In and out in less than 2hrs. Included programming the remotes for the two TV's he mounted. Great service.

Wayne was awesome, he came over saw what needed to be done, explained to me how he was going to do it. Did the work really well, I was very impressed with how he did the job, I expected wires to be running all over but when he finished there was none. All the wires were hidden behind the audio cabinet. I would recommend him to anyone how has similar needs. He is very affordable for the awesome job that he does.

Great! Wayne was very kind and patient while explaining the process to me (as this was an early Christmas gift for my husband). He was quick to respond to my questions and calls, and was a few minutes early to our appointment. He brought blankets that he laid on the floor (to avoid scratching our wood floors). He and his helper cleaned up after themselves, and they were done in less than 90 mins. Very pleased!!

He was excellent. The gentleman that came out was fantastic. He ended up charging us less than the original quoted price and is very skilled and did everything we needed him to do. He has very good customer service. The thing was we have the parts, and the wall we didn't know that didn't fit and he made it fit, so he ended up charging us less than what he originally quoted. He was very professional. I highly recommend him with an "A+". I would want them to use him because he is very trustworthy and he is good at what he did.

I bought a house that had a broken 35 foot HDMI cable going through the wall in the living room. The wire was jammed in the conduit and wouldn't come out. I was mentally prepared to have to spend $100s of dollars getting the walls broken and redone to enable me to replace the HDMI cable but Wayne was able to save the day. I was able to book an appointment a couple of days after initial contact and he and his assistant were on-time, polite, professional and friendly. At first he did not seem optimistic but he dived in and within no time had the old cable removed, new one in place and he also went beyond expectations and put in an HDMI faceplate behind my TV and a smaller HDMI cable connecting to my TV so that if it breaks in future, the whole cable doesn't need replacing. On top of that, he helped me set up my new receiver to work with the TV and surround sound speakers. Wayne made my day and I'd not hesitate to use him again.

Ordered through Angie's List Thursday Night. I got a call Friday and they came Monday. Super fast! They mounted the TV to the wall in the master bedroom, ran the electrical, and HDMI cables. The job was done quickly and looked better than what I expected.

Wayne arrived on time and provided the necessary material to complete the job. I was very pleased with his work, very clean. I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Some things are worth hiring a pro to do -- this is one of those things! Wayne initially answered my questions about mounting our television on a wall via the message system on Angie's list. We hadn't bought the TV yet. Once we bought the TV, I got back in touch and Wayne was prompt to answer my e-mail with my requested phone call. We scheduled a time and he arrived when promised. He provided the wall mount bracket and did a great job centering the TV between two windows and working with me to set the best height. I provided a mounting bracket for my sound bar and he install that, too. He put protective blankets over my furniture and cleaned up when he was done -- putting back furniture and also testing my TV to make sure everything worked. It looks great and Wayne made it look easy -- even though it isn't! He knows what he's doing.

Wayne from Home Audio Solutions came over and mounted my 60" HDTV on a LR wall, installed a new power outlet and concealed all wiring behind the wall. He provided all cables and hardware, even a few extra audio cables that I needed for the sound bar. He also cleaned up afterward and left my place just as it was. Very neat and professional !

A+. I have nothing but good things to say about Wayne. He was kind, took the time to explain everything and answer all my duplicate questions. He put towels down where he was working as to not make a mess. I called a couple of different people and decided on Home Audio Solutions because I liked the way Wayne presented himself on the phone-very professional and also because he did not have to cut into the drywall (which means I did not have to do any drywall repair). I bought my bracket at Best Buy. He did a great job and took his time which I appreciate. I was unsure on the height and he ended up mounting the bracket (on my instruction/our intuition) at one location and then he was kind enough to lower the bracket a couple of inches and remount it with only a smile and a joke.

Home Audio Solutions did the initial installation of my home theater system (which I purchased separately) about 5 years ago. Recently, I had noticed that the center channel speaker was clipping and distorting at somewhat high volume. So I contacted the provider through their website, providing a description of my system and describing my problem. I received a call from Wayne within a day, and he recommended a speaker which was an upgrade over what I currently had. He gave me an estimate of the price for the speaker, and we set up an appointment for a week later. Wayne came and brought the speaker discussed during our conversation as well as an alternative. We tried both speakers with my system and I chose the one initially discussed. Wayne installed the speaker and did a great job with this as the new speaker was considerably larger than the previous one. Wayne took all the boxes for the speaker and did a good cleanup. I am very pleased with the speaker and the installation, and Wayne is very easy to work with.

Arrived right on schedule and walked us through the project. He made helpful recommendations regarding soundbars to enhance TV viewing in the open living room. He wrote out the estimate of planned work and which was actually less than we expected. He then plowed through each item, completely and cleaned up the areas involved. We discussed another project for the screened porch and will have him return in the near future.

It went well overall. Two individuals from the company provided the service. They were quite knowledgeable about both stereo and TV systems. I would definitely use their services again. The only thing that could have gone better was that they did not thoroughly review the updated remote with me before they left, and I did have a little difficulty using the updated remote at first. But it was programmed correctly and I subsequently figured out how to use the device correctly.

Arrived as scheduled. Quickly installed new amplifier/receiver and associated wiring. Answered my questions. Installed new surge protector. Provided, installed and programmed new Yamaha amplifier/receiver, groomed Home Theater audio and corrected issue with sub-woofer sound quality. Additionally , explained Home Theater 5.1 integrated system audio response.

I contacted Mr. Lanier from Home Audio Solutions and described what I wanted and he provided a quote in an email. He arrived promptly on the day of the installation. He was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner. The TV looks great and all the components are working well. He even helped address another problem I was having with another home audio system at no charge. I highly recommend Home Audio Solutions.

We had several speakers in different rooms that did not work, and I wanted to add speakers to our screened porch. I also wanted to upgrade my system so I could listen to music on some of the internet programs. Wayne called me back promptly, made an appointment, arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He and Neal were out the next week to install the system. Wayne called to let me know they were running late and arrived just when he told me they would. They were professional, very friendly, and certainly knew what they were doing. They ran into to a problem when trying set up the internet connection on the receiver. However, Wayne made some phone calls and between he and Neal they got it worked out. They then took the time to show us how to work everything. Neal even downloaded an app to my phone so I can use it to run the entire system. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.
