After dealing with several other restoration companies who provided poor customer service and who were clearly there to cash in on the drying work, I thankfully found Gold Star. As soon as they started working with us, I had the immediate relief of knowing someone was on my side and was willing to provide pushback to my insurance company on repairs that needed to be done. They helped us gather photographs and documentation to ensure our restoration was done properly despite the insurance company wanting to nickel and dime us. After helping us make sure the needed work was approved, they began to put our water damaged home back together. The communication was excellent, the crew was so friendly, work was done on time and the quality was superb. The crew was even there several days right before Christmas to make sure finishing touches were put on my daughter’s rooms so they could be in their own beds Christmas morning. Talk about above and beyond. Also, my husband is an engineer, and he was constantly reviewing their work and couldn’t find a single thing to nitpick about.
