The jobs were over priced, there was deliberat deceit, there were only 2 supports placed under the kitchen floor instead of 3, and they used wood blocks instead of concrete blocks. He quoted $600 for trim in one room and $500 for another room, but it wasn't a full room. It was a baseboard along 1 wall in the laundry room, a baseboard along 1 wall in the front room and then the trim done top and bottom in another small room. I got a quote for $700 for the over hang. He bought the shingles but I told him that I wanted to purchase the aluminum roof, not shingles. He tried double charging me for the trim. He left the crew at my house for some time and the crew took equipment from under the crawl area to use for digging. They said they had put everything back, but the equipment was not there. They said they made a mistake and accidentally threw it in the van. They just lied and didn't complete the work.
