Express Baths

We are so pleased with Don DeSantis and Express Baths! We were in desperate need of a remodel as the previous remodel was poorly executed with leaking and much grout and tile damage. We were searching for a fair priced bathroom remodeler to gut and completely remodel our 1990s master bath. We spoke with several companies and even considered coordinating the subs ourselves. Express Baths on paper was the best priced one-stop remodeler by far. From the beginning, Don was extremely helpful with practical suggestions for configurations and materials that we had not even considered. Once we decided to use him, he was patient as we changed our minds on materials and configurations multiple times! He was in contact with us throughout our decision process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Once work began, Don and his crew were prompt, courteous, friendly and responsive. Don was very respectful of our home and our four-legged family members! He was pretty spot on with his timing estimates and was deferential to our own schedule. His suggestions for fixtures etc. were exactly what we were looking for and within our fairly tight budget. I don’t feel that he cut any corners to stay within our budget. In fact, all of the local suppliers Don directed us to were extremely professional with very high-quality products including tile, counters and cabinetry. Don delivered a contemporary master bath with a solid feel and beautiful appointments. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend Don and Express Baths!!

Don't was great. Showed up on time, stayed on schedule and finished when he said he would. Was onsite daily to make sure we were happy and everything turned out great.

Don and team delivered exactly as promised. Express Baths was unique among the quotes we secured in having actual samples available in the truck. We could see the quality and the quote was competitive. Installation went smoothly and the company followed up to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the two bathrooms. Would recommend to others.

It went really well. He was out at our house a couple days after we called him, and we ordered the door before he left our house that day. He estimated about 10 days for delivery of the door. About a week and a half later he called us to let it know that the door had come in. He scheduled an appointment with us the next day and came and installed it. It looked great and was almost half the price as the other quote we had gotten!

I had a glass shower door installed in a newly remodeled master bathroom. They came in and had it done in a couple of hours. I was thoroughly pleased.

Horrible experience with a major bathroom remodel. 3+/- week bid time turned into 8 weeks with bathroom not finished. Major list of issues and here are the primary ones: Framing- Wall framed to enclose toilet area was 2" or more out of plumb...told to fix issue and was asked "how should I fix it?" Plumbing- Shower gooseneck coupling loose inside wall- attempt to hide with extra caulk under escutcheon failed. Will have to tear out tile and backer to anchor plumbing rough in then patch and reinstall tile (more money to spend) Tile work- Looks good from a distance but up close tiles are not level and even with each other. Wall tile surfaces are wavy to the other and floor tiles are uneven enough to cause un level floor (free standing vanity leg is 3/16" off floor once vanity anchored to wall). Electrical- This wound up being a joke! Wiring for vanity lights up to 16" out of place, pre wiring for in floor electric heat totally inept and electrician left NO wire to work with. Excuses- more of them than Carter's liver pills Overall a terrible experience taking into fact we paid him over $27,000 and have a bathroom that needs major repairs to be suitable. Should have fired him 3 weeks into the project instead of waiting 8 weeks and hoping things would get better. They never did!

Job went very well, very punctual and professional. Door looks great, very pleased. Even came on a Saturday to get work done. Would highly recommend this company.
