He was thorough, he did a great job, and the price was right.

Hired a contractor do a master bath makeover. Contractor failed to complete the job so I contracted with DH Plumbing to complete the plumbing. Darron was very responsive and completed the job. He had to order missing parts from the Moen dealer. Wen received returned immediately to complete the job. I had never had to hire a plumber so not sure if the $456.00 was reasonable. DH Plumbing did an excellent job and would consider them for future plumbing needs.

We have been having problems with inflated water bills way beyond where they had been for no reason at all. He inspected the entire under side of our home as well as the hot water heater and the property. He discovered there was no leak and no reason for the inflated bill. Having been to the Utility before and they said "the meter doesn't lie the water went somewhere". Darron explained that the meter might have a problem and he helped me with credibility to explain the situation. The Utility was impressed I brought the licensed Plumber with me to discuss the situation. The next day the Utility sent out one of their senior technicians who discovered that the meter was running backwards then forwards. This can be cause by pressure in the expansion chamber off the hot water heater. They put a "check Valve" on the water line which prevents the back and forth which was causing the inflated bills. Darron came back out the next day to check the water pressure to the house and make sure we did not need a pressure reduction valve. He also checked the integrity of the expansion chamber and added the correct amount of pressure to ensure we would not have any more inflated bills. We have used several other plumbers and Darron is the BEST! We will recommend and use Darron for all our plumbing needs gong forward. Thank you, Darron!!!!

The plumber showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional. I explained why I thought the problem was with the pressure reduction value. He agreed with me. He replaced the valve. Everything has been working great since the repair.

He came at the time he said, he was there for 4 hours. He left to get a part that was missing. He was polite, clean and he was very efficient. When he was finished the result was alot more compact then before(he saved me so much room under the sink). Someone else started the work, so they fixed the work and made it 10 times better and also corrected all the mistakes. He found some issues that were against the building codes.

He came to give an estimate, we made an appointment, he showed up on time, and it all went perfectly.

They came out and they did an excellent job. They scheduled it, came out when they said they would be here and didn't leave until it was done. It took them eleven to twelve hours. I would highly recommend them. I called them to come out a second time to put a dryer vent in. I think their price was reasonable for what they do with two people working all day long for twelve hours. They used brand new piping and they took away the waste products.

Darron did an excellent job. The project went flawlessly from start to finish.

I spotted a small water patch on the kitchen ceiling and called Darron after searching through Angie's list reading reviews. He had excellent reviews and is closer to where I live. Although Darron was busy, he found time to accommodate my request the same day seeing my concern. He called and came exactly at the committed time and was very professional. He had to cut open my kitchen ceiling to find the leak and replaced the defective elbow. It was not an easy job as accessing the leaky part was limited but he managed it. Also, we detected another small leak at the water heater hot water pipe at the attic and Darron fixed that as well. The actual cost was about 212 $ but Darron without me asking gave an Angie's member discount of 50 $ and charged me only 162 $ in total which is well worth it considering that the task especially the kitchen ceiling leaky pipe one was not very easy to access . He is a real good guy, is hardworking, and honest. Overall, I give him a high rating. He was here 3 times. Instead of repairing the faucet, he had to replace it. I don't know if I would use him again in the future.

Darren, the owner, came out to replace the valve. He ran into some tricky, unforeseen problems that were hidden behind the wall, requiring some on-the-fly re-engineering. He ended up having to stay much longer than first expected, but he completed the job to our great satisfaction.

Darron and his assistant Sam were very professional and courteous. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was much better (by 30%) compared to another company I talked to that wouldn't even come out to do an estimate and just wanted to quote sight unseen. There was 1 tiny leak afterwards that Darron very quickly came out to tighten up at a sink afterwards.

When we purchased our home new the hot water heater was located in the attic. Big mistake. We had three instances of hot water heater problems along with significant water damage to the first and second floor areas (resulting in over $7000 in repairs and restoration). After the third instance it was an easy decision to change this configuration by eliminating the attic installation and go tankless with the new unit installed outside. DH Plumbing did the whole project from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the end product. They were very professional and timely in their work. The product has worked extremely well. I am also seeing a very positive reduction in the monthly gas bill since the changeover to the new heater and the hot water is there reliably when we need it.

Darron assessed the problem, figured out it was a faulty part, ordered the part, then came back once the part was in and replaced it.

I liked that they were prompt and did it quickly and did the job well. I found out lately that the prices were a little bit higher than I should have paid. I may not use them again in the future.

On time, very professional. I will use this plumber next time I need work.

We called and was told they could be out to service the broken connection within 1-2 hours. They showed up w/in the hour and had it repaired within 2 hours of the original call. Very polite and efficient service. Couldn't be happier knowing that we went with a recommendation off Angie's list and knew other's were satisfied with the service. We will definitely call this company again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I called DH Plumbing & Darron said that he would be there within the hour. He arrived within 45 minutes. Darron started to dig around the water meter box & was able to find the leak. Darron advised me to call the City of Raleigh. The leak was at a spot that is installed by the city. I called the City & they said that somebody would be there within 24 hours. This is a Sunday afternoon. After Darron had left a gentlman from the city arrived. I was told that because I live on a private street that the only thing the city would service is the meter itself & I needed to call the plumber back. I then called Darron from DH Plumbing & started to leave a message. A few minutes later I see Darron pulling back onto my street. Ha had been just around the corner getting some gas. I told him what the gentlman from the city advised me to do. Darron then started to get his tools back out & started to remove the meter box to access the leak & repair. The whole process took about 3 hours. Not how I had planned my Sunday afternoon. Darron from DH Plumbing made the process as easy & painless as possible.

Great. Darron was prompt and professional. He took care to cover the floor while he worked and clean up after himself. The new piping was neatly run and properly attached to the the old. I could have done the work myself, but it was well worth it to have someone else get to it right away, especially someone as pleasant and competent as Darron.
