+ 2 moreOver a three week time frame, all of the work outlined above was accomplished! Each step was scheduled and conducted in a professional manner. Each day I was given an update as to the status of the work and asked for any input that was necessary to resolve any issues or plan further work. When damage was worse than originally bid, a new schedule of work was discussed and budget changes negotiated in a timely manner. I was a part of the process at every step. When options were available to me, such as choosing between wooden and wrought iron railings, I was given a chance to look at options and make purchasing decisions. All in all it was a great experience. The same crew completed the job and I knew who would be on my property throughout the whole process. The work space was cleaned every evening and materials were delivered on a timely basis as they were needed by the progress of the job.
Description of Work: Collins Contracting provided an assessment of the status of my homes exterior siding, doors, window frames and porches. As a result, approximately 1/4 of the siding, 5 large windows and both front and back door assemblies were replaced. In addition, they planned, constructed and screened in my back porch and built a new front porch on my home. Once all of the siding, door and window replacement/repair was accomplished, my home was painted and shutters added throughout the two story structure.
