+ -1 moreIt was covered under the warranty. They were very thorough. I liked that they made sure that it was just the compressor. They made sure that there wasn't anything else that went wrong. He explained everything that was going on so I appreciated that, and they were very quick. When I called them, they were out within a day or 2.
Description of Work: Central Carolina Heating & Air replaced the compressor a year and a half ago.

+ -1 moreWe have been under contract with them for three years. I have bee satisfied with them. They are very professional. He comes and does his job and doesn't try to sell me anything that is unnecessary.
Description of Work: We use Central Carolina Heating and Air routinely twice a year and they do preventive maintenance and fix things if they break.

+ -1 moreThe work went very well. It is a single man operation, so you always get the owner. I have used them for 3 years now for routine maintenance of spring and fall air conditioners and furnace. He has always been on time, very pleasant and very professional. He is not the cheapest around, but he does quality work.
Description of Work: We use this company to service our heating and AC device. The person came yesterday to replace the coil in the air conditioner.
