Description of Work: They are a dealer, and got us started. Structure is from Elephant Structures, with whom I've been satisfied. | |While the dealer representative was responsive to my questions, I felt they could have explained much better the total process of working with them and Elephant Structures. I had to learn as I went along.

I contacted Lawson in early May about getting a quote on building a fairly simple garage. I gave him all of the specifics and he seemed friendly over the phone. After spending about 10 minutes talking to him he told me he would get me a quote and get back with me in a couple of days. A few days went by and I sent him a text and got no response so I waited another day and called him. This time he seemed rushed and told me he would call me back later that day. I still have never heard from him on the project and it has been several weeks now since our last contact. I would not personally do business with them after this bad first impression.

At this time of year, we have so many requests for estimates and site visits, that unfortunately, a few telephone calls fall through the cracks and get a delayed response. We are custom builders, so want to make sure we give our customers a quality, well designed building at the lowest possible price, which sometimes takes time. We take each request individually; we do not have prepared estimates which we can just toss out. We try to get to everyone in a timely manner, but occasionally, the demand for our services is just too high to make this possible. We hope that customers take time to visit our office, speak with us directly, so we can address any immediate needs or concerns.
