Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC unit, took out the old duct work and replaced it with new duct work, and installed a new digital thermostat. The service was finished a full day early and they were efficient, I was very impressed with everything.

+ -1 moreThis was a great experience. I had Biggs come out to do some repairs to my HVAC (which had shown up on my inspection report when I bought the house.) They did the repairs, cleaned the whole system...and I signed up for their PSA maintenance agreement which was a very good buy. I saved a ton of money with the agreement and as part of the agreement, they come out twice a year to service the unit. When they showed up, they demonstrated that my unit was quite dirty. I was glad I used them. Also glad that I wont be paying to air condition my attic anymore. They fixed that too! I would definitely use them again. Great people.
Description of Work: Some air ducts were cleaned out and repaired (they were dissconnected and I was air conditioning my attic!). My whole HVAC was cleaned and tested.

+ -1 moreThe installers did not wire the thermostat correctly the first time and so the emergency heat would not work. Also, the outdoor temperature sensor was not installed according to manufacturer's recommendations, requiring a callback to get it right. In both cases, the company responded quickly and corrected the problems. The service people always arrived on-time or before, quite a change from the level of service we usually see in this rural area.
Description of Work: Installed replacement propane Trane furnace and Trane dual-fuel heat pump.
