Clee Jones is a personable young man. All of his workers were polite/thorough/thoughtful and did an excellent job. We have used Grady Jones. Quality work all the way around.

I can't tell you how nice it is to find someone who still does an OUTSTANDING job! Called back right away, scheduled appt right away and performed work the following Monday. Work was flawless! In addition, he touched up spots I missed and went above and beyond. If you need paint work done, you would be crazy to not use Grady Jones!

My experience with him was wonderful. Everything from his phone calls to coming out and giving me an estimate was just like I had known him for years. He's very trustworthy. It's just a good feeling, when you find someone who's going to help you. I'm a widow and you tend to believe some people are out to take advantage of widows. I didn't worry about the guys coming into my house or anything. I'm going to go back and do repeat service with him. He's going to come back and do some exterior painting for me. The quality of service is excellent, and I've already recommended him to other people. I like his timeliness, and the time frame that he got the job done was wonderful. He beat my expectations. He's very thorough. Everything down to the details was fully taken care of.

The crew was very professional, courteous and completed the job in the time they said it would be done. They have returned to complete the walk-through items that had been overlooked right away. The painters were very skilled and I noticed that they had very few wipe off mistakes at the ceiling corners and baseboards. One swipe with the brush and it was covered. No over paint. Returned messages in a timely manner. The crew suggested small fixes to items and did these at no extra cost.

Arrived right on time. The painter sent (Rigor) went right to work painting. Approximately 6 hours after his arrival, he was done. He had applied 2 coats of paint. I was impressed with the way he cut in. I would be more than happy to use his services again in the future. (Provided Rigor came.)

Clee responded immediately to my request for an estimate....came out when he was scheduled to arrive. He gave me the estimate the next day which was a very good price compared to the other estimate I obtained. He scheduled the work right away so that I could meet a deadline for some other work that needs to be done. Then started and completed the work on schedule performing over and above my exoectations which were already high from his good reviews. What a blessing to be able to find and experience excellent workmanship!

Professional, courteous and friendly crew of three arrived on schedule and proceeded to paint deck, unfortunately, mother nature interfered and painting came to a halt on the deck, however, the painters were able to move indoors and did a fantastic job painting the two bathrooms. Rainy weather continued to plague the completion of the deck till at last the weather improved so it could be completed. The crew was able to eventually move my deck furniture back when the deck was completely dry. The owner Clee Jones spent time with me prior to the project helping me select the right paint for the entire project. I fully appreciated his time and professional input in those decisions. Family and friends who saw the results were entirely pleased as was I.

Clee's crew did a great job on the carpentry and painting of my house. They did an excellent job on all of the rotten wood repair I had. They were punctual, conscientious, and cleaned up after themselves before they left each day. I would definitely use them again.

Clee Jones' crew did some interior painting for me and they did an excellent job. They were all very professional, friendly and very receptive to my requests to fix small things. I highly recommend them.

I called Clee to come out and give us an estimate along with a few other businesses and Clee ended up having the best price so we used him. My neighbor had also used him and was pretty happy with the service. Once we got the quote his guys came out to start, it first ended up being 3 or 4 guys and then the next days it went down to one person working on the home. The problem is (we found this out later) the one person left was brand new and didn't do his job to well. In the end we had to have them come back and fix about 20 items they missed. They did fix them all but due to several problems I'm not sure we will use them again. The Good - Price is close or better than some other painting companies - They come back to fix any and all issues The Bad - The employees had a fight outside our home, they were cussing and a few neighbors heard it all (even their kids). =( - Over 20 things missed, they had to come back more than once - Glossy paint was used (we had flat before) and we didn't know about it until our neighbor pointed it out. We were told by Clee later that this was a better paint to use. This should have been told to us and talked about before we started. - Got the company 2 referral projects in the neighborhood and they didn't give us any kind of check, dinner, nothing. When we asked about a referral fee we were told (we get a discount on our next painting). Most of the time if you get a company a $4000+ referral they give you something nice (even if small) in return. - We were told they could replace all the screens in our windows, when they tried the screens were bent and not done correctly. They ended up NOT doing it and we still have all the screens laying out back needing to be fixed. Conclusion: While they did finish the project I do think using a larger established painting company would have been a better option looking back. It took Clee over 3 weeks to finish the project when my neighbor down the street has his entire home painted by another company in 2 short days.

They provided a quote over the phone and scheduled the work during the same call. I called on a Friday and they came out on Monday, patched and painted the entire ceiling where an electrician had cut into the ceiling to run wire to a new light fixture, It took 6hrs because the patch work had to dry in between coats. He wasn't working the whole time, but I had to pay for his time on the job. Excellent work!

Initial quote was 3700. However once they started, after powerwashing it was clear that a lot more siding needed replacing. Despite the rainiy weather, the job was delayed, but completed in two weeks. Had a small problem with the power going out in the living room, but the contractor had an electrician come right out and fix the problem. Apparently a nail had gone through a stud and hit some wiring while putting up new siding. My house looks fantastic, no complaints. If I had a question, Clee Jones would call me and talk to me about it. Very professional and courteous.

Have used other contractors in the past, and have never gotten the positive experience we have 2 times now with Grady Jones Paint Contractors. They go over and above to make their customers satisfied
