Josh was knowledgeable and understood what we wanted. He gave helpful advice on blinds and color and was in the ballpark on price. He delivered product timely and the installation went well. I must have misunderstood that a gizmo on a stick was needed to lower the top blinds. It surprised me that a lever was needed every morning to lower the blinds. Itâs awkward.
