We was crazy but work was excellent the problem was the quote he gave me over the phone and when I was charged for radically different. I don't know if it was my fault and a misunderstanding but it was a lot more expensive than I expected. Get a quote in writing.

Les and his helper did a great job. They had to figure out a few problems because of the layout of my home and they did a great job. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving they cleaned up after themselves and I can't be happier with my new system.

The project was not inexpensive, but the service was good. The team was friendly and very professional and showed us how to use each of the components.

Very professional. ONly issue was they didn't know how to mount the ATT DVR Receiver. They tried velcro, which worked for about 10 hours, I subsequently created my own fix. I did call Les to let him know the ATT receiver was too heavy for the velcro so they would know for the next time. He was grateful for the input. Bottom line: I would use their services again.

American Home was requested to install a challenging configuration of Home Theater Surround Sound Systems in 3 rooms, mounting TV's in 5 rooms and install a 6 station intercom system throughout the house. American Home kept the premises neat and clean throughout the ceiling and wall speakers installation process. Their approach to wire management of the multiple audio-video components and TV's was excellent (wires tightly bundled through wire chases and out of sight) They made sure that each audio-video component was configured properly and worked. American Home provided valued added by coming back post installation and to review the setups and operations of the audio video components with my wife and I. They also answered any questions we had. American Home delivers quality with a customer centric focus. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone.
