They didn't just arrive on time but 15 minutes early! They explain the whole procedure and promptly consulted me when they had to deviate from the normal procedure due to my house design. I definitely will use them again!

These folks are true professionals. They covered my floors and electronic equipment while installing. Also, they worked within my budget. They are affable individuals, respectful, service oriented and they take pride on their work. Good job guys!!

I hired American Home Entertainment to mount my 75 inch TV which had a factory fault and was being replaced by Samsung. The crew removed my current TV and perfectly installed the replacement (even hiding the wires behind the TV so my wife wouldn't yell at me for wires hanging everywhere). Where they really went above and beyond is that they had to wait on the delivery service to deliver the new TV after the old one was down. The delivery schedule was late (due to the courier, not American Home Entertainment), but American Home Entertainment was incredibly nice, and took the time to wait for the delivery. I am in the customer service business and appreciate and respect great service. Hire these guys in a second!!!!

Les & Kevin did a great job. As soon as they finished the installation they came for, I requested them to do another one and without any excuse, they did that one too. Were very positive to work with!

Les and his team were FAR BETTER than the previous antenna installer, Chris of CyberDish. Les and Kevin were not afraid of climbing to the top of a 40 foot ladder to install a new antenna at the peak of our home which is where I requested the first time in 2017. AHE did everything exactly as I requested and used their professional skills to hide the cable. Les even recommended larger, stronger lag-screws to secure the antenna to the roof. I will ONLY use Les and his team at AHE in the future.

I needed my giant TV relocated and hung on the wall. They were able to come within a few days, showed up right on time and got right to work to finish a fantastic job in less than an hour. They also cleaned up all the residue left from drilling and hid all of the wires. Super pleased!!
