Description of Work: i had been using Alexander exerminating since approx 2009 after purchasing a house where they had already treated for terminates. I had inspections every year to keep up with the maintenance contract. After seeing a potential problem, they refused to do anything about it. They said I violated the contract by putting in a french drain. But they new this since 2009 and did not mind collection the annual fee of $110. After discussing several times with them, they were going to have the owner call me back, but I never got a phone call. Just last month would have been the annual checkup, they send me a card and called for an appt. When I explained what had happened last year, she was going to have someone call me back. Still no phone call. Do not use - they do not work with their customers, they just want your money and then turn their backs when needed.

Description of Work: There was no charge for the service I received last month because I have a contract. The technician came and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He covered any and all bases and made me feel more at ease. |I am very happy with the service and the price and the staff is extremely friendly.
