The particular Installer we got, Thomas Eaddy, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. His patience with our questions and honest answers made us feel greatly relieved that he was not trying to "sell" us or "up-sell" us. We were unable to get the more costly plan that would enable us to use our cell phones to control the system because ADT apparently uses AT&T as their cellular network. Thomas was unable to get a strong enough signal to ensure coverage on our house. This was no surprise as we found out years ago that AT&T towers did not reach us. My only complaint is that Verizon service is not available with ADT. Nevertheless, Thomas went over our needs for each room and then worked hours getting everything installed to our liking. We had choices on what to do in each room. He checked and rechecked every room before and after the installation. His thoroughness was truly impressive.

Yes, we did sign a 3 year contract, but since this is our home, it was not a hard decision for us. We don't plan on moving.

Since it's only been a week since the installation, I can't say how the service is. I will review later if I change my mind about ADT. So far, though, everything works and I feel very safe and happy.

I would have no problem recommending ADT/Safestreets USA to anyone. Just try to get Thomas Eaddy as your installer.
