While he claimed to be Pergo's choice troubleshooter, his attention to detail was careless and sloppy. The molding was poorly done with nails sticking out of the molding or large sections where the molding was not tacked down at all. The Pergo Floor install is a floating floor; however, he would cut boards short and leave gaps that could not be covered up by the molding. He did a terrible job for the most part around the heat vents in the floor, sometimes just knocking out the opening with a hammer and chisel - not a smooth clean cut. He and his crew left a terrible mess behind, reconnected the washer hoses incorrectly, rehung doors incorrectly to where I had doors that wouldn't close. He left heat vents out. He left a big gap behind the dryer after I paid the gas company to turn off the gas. He did not take the floor all the way to within a quarter inch of the wall. He would not come back and fix his mistakes. I would not recommend him to anyone. His work is inferior.
