+ -1 moreI had a very good experience and will use this company again. Andy Thomson gave me an estimate and completed the work. During a storm, a piece of siding on the very top of the side of my house blew off. I asked friends for referrals but got no one. I called Thomson Maintenance. I had to call a couple of times before one of the owners, Andy, and I spoke. After we spoke he came by that day and gave me an estimate. Since it was a very small job, we didn't set a specific time or date for him to complete the work but he said he would do it when he had a few extra minutes. I was okay with that. He came by 5 days later, completed the work, and my house now has all of its siding. While he was giving me the estimate, I asked him about a dryer vent hose issue which he addressed then at no charge. I am so happy that I have someone to help me with things that happen with my house. I am a single female with no family nearby. I will definitely give Andy a call when the next situation comes up.
Description of Work: Reattached a piece of siding and secured other loose pieces at the top of the side of my house.

+ 5 moreDuring a very hot Summer, My husband and I hired Thomson Maintenance to make repairs to the home we purchased. Andy, from Thomson Maintenance contacted us promptly after the closing of the home and scheduled two days to complete the repairs. Andy and his partner showed up at our door as scheduled and worked two very long days in excessive heat. They were very knowledgeable and performed the tasks as agreed with zero problems. They even did a couple of small things not on our list at no charge. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves. We will use them again when we begin renovations.
Description of Work: Andy and his partner repaired many items in the home my family purchased. They replaced and painted rotted siding and trim, replaced attic fans, repaired roof shingles, corrected wiring on light switches, as well as miscellaneous plumbing items.
