Description of Work: His name is Mike Tanner. We live in a small subdivision of all brick homes and we needed our home power washed especially the gutters and down spouts. The home is 6 years old. Mike provided an estimate, I checked around and he was in the ball park. I called him and made an appoinment. He arrived on time and completed the work as quoted except I did not know he would also clean the sidewalk and driveway as part of the job. A pleasant surprise and everything looked new when he was finished. I think he underestimated the effort required on those gutters. The man worked his butt off and when finished they looked like new. I gave him an extra 30 bucks because I think he earned it. I ended up contracting him to do my yard work also. Mostly maintenance.

 + -1 moreHis name is Mike Tanner. He did an excellent job and his price was really good. It was better than the going rate. He didn't mess up my plants. He was really considerate. He proved himself to be a really good guy. He was punctual. He went over and beyond. He made sure there were no drips and he cleaned the places that were hard to get to. He worked and worked on difficult areas instead of just saying that they wouldn't come out. I told him not to worry about it and he wanted to do a good job. He did a great job. His attitude was great and he did an awesome job. I have recommended him to all my neighbors.
Description of Work: I used Tanners Landscape to power wash my house.
