Patrick came in, diagnosed ice buildup, cleaned and defrosted the freezer, cleaned the coils on the back, tested some parts, and made some recommendations in case it happened again. The work was fast, friendly and efficient, everything he did was well explained, and he completed the work in one hour. The charge was $74 (the regular service call fee plus tax). He is definitely on our callback list!

Very well, Patrick discovered an additional problem with the original venting.

Patrick correctly diagnosed the problem and found a remanufactured part on Ebay which saved me about $100. Since I was able to replace the part when I received it, Patrick only charged for the time to diagnose the problem. Another repairman might have charged for the new part and the time to return for replacing it. I am quite happy with his work.

He ran out to get the part, came back and fixed it. Excellent service and very nice.

Patrick took everything apart and cleaned it. He advised on how to better maintain the dishwasher by using a dishwasher cleaner periodically to dissolve the particulates that build up. I was very pleased with the work, and Patrick was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely hire him again!

Issue was diagnosed and quoted. Parts were too expensive to justify the fix, but Patrick was open, honest and thorough with his diagnosis. I would very certainly use him again.

He came on. Diagnosed the problem,had the required parts and finished in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Everything went great. He clearly knew what he was doing with my dishwasher, and immediately knew what the issue was (the drain was all gunked up and had to be cleaned out). During his visit, i happen to mention that 1) I'm getting frost inside/around my icemaker, 2) my clothes washer dial doesnt turn properly any more, although we were still able to use it. He knew exactly what to do with all of the issues he ran into and had the parts on hand to fix everything. When he had the dryer open during the cleaning, he noted that some Teflon bumpers were wearing down and would have gone bad soon, so he replaced those, which of course was proper preventative maintenance. He gave me preventative maintenance tips that I could easily handle myself. As for his personality, he was very amicable. During his previous visit, my wife was home alone with our newborn, and i wasn't thrilled to be having a service tech in the house alone with her. She said he was very respectful and friendly with her, and she never felt nervous.

Refrigerator was not cooling. Scheduling was fast and easy. Mr. Talley was on time. He took the time to ensure it wasn't a cheaper part that would save from from having to buy a new unit. He even went to the store to get a new part and test it. After a couple of hours of testing different options, he verified that there was no way to fix it without spending more than the cost of a new refrigerator, so he recommended that I do that. He showed me the parts, explained what they do, and how they aren't working properly. He only charged me for the service call of $69.00, and gave me additional advice on maintenance of my appliances, and even what brands to stay away from based on maintenance and reliability. Friendly, professional, caring. I will use for all service calls from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about this guy. He is prompt, came just before Christmas, and only charged us for the service call. He rewired the dishwasher properly and it works great. He is awesome!

I had 2 refrigerators that weren't working, and Mr. Talley was able to quickly identify the issues. One refrigerator he was able to repair and is still working just fine, and one was unable fixable due to sealed cooling system. Mr. Talley explained thoroughly what was the issue and why it could not be fixed without great cost, and after obtaining second opinion's his diagnosis was confirmed. Mr. Talley was professional, prompt and efficient. I would hire him again in the future.

It went really well. He did what he said he will do. He went outside and installed it and he charged us with the installation fee. It was great. I find him on Angie’s List and based on his reviews I liked him.

Mr. Talley returned our call the evening we called and was able to visit the next day. He arrived when expected and worked in a professional manner. He explained clearly the problem, spent about an hour fixing the oven, and gave us good advice for avoiding future problems Our 8-year-old Whirlpool Gas Range was lighting intermittently, and shutting down during cooking. Mr. Talley thorougly tested and effectively diagnosed the problem He replaced our corroded oven ignator, changed the burner tube, and cleaned the area beneath the stove. The range has since worked without trouble. At the end of his service call, Mr. Talley provided a clear and detailed invoice, accepted payment by check, and explained that his work includes a 90-day parts and labor warrenty. We paid $59 for the service call and diagnosis, $59 for an hour of labor, about $46 for a replacement oven ignitor, and about $3 in tax. We were very pleased with the service, and we will be sure to contact him for future appliance service.

My Kitchenaid dishwasher was not getting the dishes clean very well. I called Talley's because he repaired my washer in the past. He didn't answer so I texted him. He got back to me the next morning and came out 2 days later on Monday. He found there was a broken part and replaced it. He ran a cleaning agent called Glisten (walmart) through on a cycle to clean out the drainage line. Seemed to be fixed. During the next few loads it was better but still not great. I called him back. He suggested I run another Glisten and then a empty cycle. If that did not help he would come out and put the dishwasher out and clean out more grit and use CO2 to clear out the line better. He said this would not be an extra charge. The extra Glisten seems to have done the trick! We will use Mr Talley again. It does take him a day or two to get back to us, but he apparently is the entire company. On the other hand you don't have go through a minimum wage employee who doesn't care or a large company robotic menu. So, a little bit of wait is ok with us.

They came out two weeks ago. They charged a hundred and fifty dollars to repair my dishwasher. He is always reliable, quick to respond and arrives on time. I am very satisfied with the work. I would use them again in the future.

I spoke with Mr. Talley on Monday/Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday noon. I took time off from work and drove back home and waited and he never showed up. I called him twice and it went to voicemail. Never heard back from him since.
