Description of Work: Excellent service and knowledge. I was really impressed that he had the parts we needed on hand! We will be using you again in the future on any appliance repairs we have.

Description of Work: Talley's came to repair my dryer. The problem was tricky to diagnose, as it was intermittent. He replaced a part, but it did not solve the problem. I called, and he came out immediately the next day and upon further troubleshooting, was able to determine the problem and corrected it. No additional charge for coming back out; considered warranty work. The dryer works great now! I am very happy with the service.

Description of Work: Patrick replaced a faulty switch for the washing machine lid in a townhouse that we rent. He showed up on time and was very friendly.

Description of Work: Mr Talley arrived on time. He had a pretty good idea what was wrong with the dishwasher. He disassembled it in no time and explained what he was doing as he went. He also gave me tips on how to operate washer to prevent future problems of this type.

Description of Work: Mr Talley replaced a pump in my washer which did not fix the problem. He then recommended buying a new mother board on line and install. I did as instructed. He advised me to call if this did not work and he would come back out. It did not work. I left 4 messages over period of 1 week and have never heard back from Mr Talley. Ultimately had to contact another repair service

Description of Work: I had a dishwasher that wouldn't fill with water AND a leaky garabage disposal (unrelated). He was able to give me an appointment for the next morning, showed up on time, and fixed both problems in one visit.

Description of Work: He advised over the phone to replace the refrigerator filter before he came out as that is the problem most of the time. We replaced the filter and the icemaker worked perfectly!! Would absolutely call him again.

Description of Work: Very prompt return of phone call for refrigerator repair, and was here within a few hours. Had a range of times available, and worked with us. Spent a good chunk of time with us, but since no parts were replaced, he kept the price very, very reasonable. Really knows his field and very helpful - will absolutely call him again.

Description of Work: Asked for a quote on leveling a washer on a stand. He called back immediately and said that realistically he could not guarantee that he could help me since washer vibration depends on many factors, including flooring, etc. He made several suggestions to help, which I subsequently took. He was upbeat and didn't want to take my money just for advice.
