Went great. Owner was the one that came out to do repair and was in and out.

It went extremely well. I had three problems in my bathroom. All three were problems of aesthetics and I had tried a few times to have them fixed. Mr. Warren is the only one that succeeded. Even I, who knows where the cracks were, can't tell any more. Perfect.

The guy was very professional and did a good job. He covered the whole bathroom in plastic sheeting and vented out the window. The whole job took about 4 hours- two hours to remove all the old coats of paint. (The original tub turned out to be a horrid shade of green!). Then two hours for the new coats. He cleaned up everything afterwards and the tub looked really good- shiny, new, and white! The only thing I would say would be it does make the whole house a little fumey, but there's really no getting around that. Just don't have company that night, I suppose. Great job- wish we'd done it years ago, because it really does feel like we have a new bathroom.

I originally purchased this from Angie's List about a year ago. When I finally made an appointment with Shannon Warren to come to my house on the last day before the coupon expired he came and asked if I planned to have any other work done. I told him I was going to have the entire bathroom remodeled. He said he should wait and do his work after that was done. He also recommended 3 possible companies to do the work. I ended up hiring one of the three and they did a great job. After they remodeled the bathroom Shannon Warren came and resurfaced the tub. It looks great! He was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I can recommend him highly.

They were great. They were very responsive and very nice. They did a nice job. I was very impressed with their work. They listened to what I wanted and did what I asked which was very good. I was very pleased with what they did. It was a very good job and I was asking quite a lot. I said, "It seems to be white now. Could you take it to the other end of the spectrum, please." And they did it cheerfully. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was happy with the services. They were very responsive. They came out did one coat and it didn’t quite meet my expectations so they came out and put a second coat on there without any issue. They did a really good job. I chose them because they had good feedback on Angie’s List, they had a good price and their scheduled matched mine the two different times that they were out here. Their price was very competitive. It was a good experience and if I had to do it again, I would.

They were excellent. It was a very good job, they were very knowledgeable and I would use them again. We had done the same thing before and had a bad outcome and had to do some redo. They seem to understand what the problem was with the original one and why it needed to be redone and they fixed it.

At first, we were a bit skeptical about the idea of reglazing, but the tubs look great, and are easy to maintain.

Shannon quickly responded to our claim of the tub cracking after a week of being fixed. He had stated at the onset that the tub had been poorly "fixed" by the previous owners and that he was going to fix it. Shannon stated that if it didn't work that he would return and he would try something different to fix the cracks/tub. He came out quickly, rectified the situation and was apologetic. It has been over two weeks and there are no cracks in the tub. It looks great!

Very experienced and professional. Recommend him. It involves acids and paint but he masked everything perfectly and used a fan in the window to get rid of fumes. A ittle disruptive but most repair jobs are. Looks very good, but if you never have had this done you should know that it will never look as good as the original porcelain close up. But hope that no visitor gets down on their hands and knees and looks at it from 6 inches. So it is worth doing..

Shannon did a terrific job. He arrived when he said he would, and finished within a couple of hours. He turned a really old, ugly, worn-out bathtub into a tub that is quite usable again. He explained the special needs of a refurbished tub and let me know that he guaranteed his work for 5 years. I'm quite pleased with the workmanship and the outcome.

Shannon Warren of Surface Specialist came out and repaired a hole in my hot tub. He responded to my first call immediately and scheduled the repair within hours of that call. The job was done in less than 30 minutes and the tub looks as if nothing ever happened to it. The rate was reasonable and fair. He was professional, courteous and a joy to work with. I could not recommend Shannon any higher. He is the best in this area by far!

They arrived promptly and began preparing the tub for the new finish. It's smelly work so we used a floor fan to increase air circulation. They finished with the coating on the first visit and scheduled a follow up to buff out some rough places. The no-skid texture on the bottom of the tub is rougher than I thought it would be. The metal around the drain and the metal tub stopper were discolored by the treatment. It took three days for the smell to completely go away. I'm happy that the scratches are gone and the tub finish is even and it looks clean. I'm not sure the tub would be comfortable for a bubble bath because of the rough texture on the bottom. It's not as good as a new tub but the work cost only a fraction of what installing a new tub would cost. The men doing the work were very professional, conscientious about doing a good job, and I would recommend them to my friends.

I am renovating a house and had two plastic tub enclosures that looked "tired". Wasn't sure if they needed to be cleaned, resurfaced, or replaced. Surface Specialist recommended the least expensive approach (cleaned) and they did an excellent job. Could easily have convinced me to resurface, but didn't. I really appreciate their honesty.

It went very well from start to finish. I left Shannon Warren a voice mail with some questions about our tub and shower. He returned my call and came the same day to give an estimate. We scheduled the project for the next week. Shannon is professional, polite, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I will recommend him to my friends who need tub/shower refinishing. His prices are good and he's a good guy!

We called Surface Specialists for a quote, after giving Shannon the details over the phone he was able to provide us with an estimate and schedule a time for the repairs on the spot. He worked us in on a Saturday morning after another job he was doing in our area. He arrived when he said he would and was very courteous. He came in, went to work and was finished in no time. His price was at the low end of the estimate. He explained that he would be cleaning, filling, sanding and polishing the face of the tub and it would match perfectly. Everything went well. We are pleased with the work Shannon did repairing our tub surface and will use him again in the future.

Both tubs in my new home were rough to the touch, so I needed to do something about them. Shannon Warren first came to evaluate the tubs to determine if they would need a deeper resurfacing, and he said a light polish would suffice to bring them back to like-new condition. I appreciated his honesty because he could have said they needed a complete resurfacing for all I know about fiberglass tubs. He also said the color would remain consistent with a polish (which was true). He mentioned the 5-year warranty and the price was modest certainly compared with replacing them, so I scheduled him to do the job. He was prompt, professional and completed the work in an afternoon. They do in fact look and feel like brand new bathtubs now, although they are 25 years old. I'm very pleased with this service and recommend for anyone looking for a solution to a worn bathtub.
