I had no a/c at it was hot! Woody came out on a Sunday (a holiday weekend no less) and I was cooling off quickly. I suspect I paid a bit of a premium for the Holiday Weekend service call, but that's to be expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

I WANTED LANDEN AIR, The crew and staff at Landen Air was just more than just professional. They went the whole way to see to, every question and to every need. The previous review of Landen Air that I made is recanted and I am happy to announce more of the story. I definitely was exposed to a great gang of people from the staff to the owner Jason Landen who I met myself and was very pleased by his demeanor and professionalism. The folks that work there exhibited the finest craft knowledge and were sure to double and triple check their work. The work site was cleaned up and all the old equipment removed. They were missionaries in their heart and attacked the problem and rested not until all was completed and to our and my satisfaction. You can't teach people to have heart and to do the mission at hand without regard to whats in it for me, attitude; so prevalent in society today. They just hit it out of the ballpark! Service was excellent. Installed a new air handler in crawl space and new air conditioner. Was knowledgeable and responsive to our needs, very professional and a nice person. Highly recommend.
