I called on an emergency basis, no heat on a Saturday morning. Woody arrived when he said he would and was quick to find the problem and to remove the faulty blower for the heat pump. Although he could not replace the part the same day, he was able to order it on Monday and replace it on Tuesday.

The only way he would come out to fix what he broke was if I gave hime a good review. Calling BBB

Woody Stokes came out right on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem with our AC unit in the attic right away to save us from an unforeseeable disaster! He also promptly fixed the duct work under the house our dogs had chewed up years ago! Thank you so much! Very reasonable price, prompt, and extremely helpful! We highly recommend them!

They were here when they said they would be, work done in a timely manner and were careful not to make a mess. I will use them again.

Quick to respond, was on-time and courteous. My only gripe is that I have a PT unit that needs a part. He took a picture and said he would order the part and get back to me about when it would arrive and when he could come out to repair it. Haven't heard from him since, and guess I will need to have to follow up on my own to get this moving...
