Once I submitted my request on Home Advisor, I was called back immediately. Woody showed up on time and was both friendly and honest. He indicated that he could fix the problem but it would cost me more in the long run so I ended up replacing my upstairs unit. He was very thorough and precise. Sadly, it is rare to find really great overall service these days, however, that is exactly what he provided. HIGHLY recommend and will use his company for ongoing maintenance!

Expedited the service call without any problem. Woody was on time, efficient, and corrected my issue at a reasonable cost. He even came back later that day to check on the system.

Woody was quick to respond to my inquiry, and honest about my options up front. I had my entire upstairs system replaced, but could have just had the leak repaired. After discussing the options with Woody, I decided total replacement was in my best interest. I had an estimate from Woody that evening. He had the entire system replaced in one day, and was courteous and professional throughout the entire process.

They were very responsive. Seemed to know their business, even guiding me to purchase a needed furnace filter (which I did not know about in my furnace) for less money to other filter retail companies. Worked quickly and quietly. My only hesitation is that I have no way of knowing if their routine maintenance checks were done correctly and effectively - but I would feel the same with any HVAV vendor.

Exceptional work and service. South Wake HVAC was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional. Our unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly, for what we feel was a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My air conditioner died. I didn't have time to research and do cost comparison. Woody was kind and answered all my questions. He gave me choices and was very responsive. Based on estimates, I replaced unit. I feel like I got a good deal. Because I was working I had to conduct much of this on the phone. I was nervous but it worked out. Very happy with new system.

His evaluation didn't agree with ARC

We were completely happy with the service we received from them. They came and fortunately found our Trane heat pump only needed a relatively inexpensive part to get it back in service. I was very pleased since considering its age, I expected to need to replace the outdoor unit. Woody from South Wake discussed options for purchasing a maintenance agreement and how it would help our unit last longer and we also get discounted prices on parts and service. We thought their charges for everything on the call was very reasonable. We would certainly recommend them to everyone you will not be disappointed.

My experience with South Wake HVAC was great! Woody was a huge help to me. He answered questions and didnt try to push anything on me. I would recommend him to anyone needing any HVAC work.

South Wake HVAC came out and helped me out, I had family coming and my heat wasn't working. I called and spoke with Woody he did not hesitate to work me in when the weather was so bad. South Wake HVAC will be the company I call and rely on.
