Sorensen Contracting Corp

My husband, daughter and I are a military family living in Japan. When we found out that we were moving to Fayetteville for our next three years of service, we looked into our housing options and decided that building a house would be the best thing for us. We picked several floor plans (a little indecisive, our family) and sent them to several builders in the Fayetteville area. Keith stuck out like a sore thumb compared to all of the others. He was very responsive, patient, accommodating, and best of all willing to work with us while we are in Japan. Even though he was in the middle of closing another house, he took the time to respond to all of my emails and hundreds of silly questions. He gave us a very affordable estimate on the plan that we picked, and he included pricing on all of the small things that we wanted added or upgraded throughout the house. He was very pleasant to work with and his advice and answers to my questions are priceless. On top of all of this, after all of the time and effort he put into our house plan, when my husband and I realized that we may be overextending ourselves and decided to go a different direction entirely and not build- but buy or first house, Keith was incredibly understanding. He even offered to send me some listings of houses he has built that are on the market in a lower price range than we were originally looking to spend. If we ever decide to build anything, a house or garage or whatever, we will be using Sorensen Contracting.

Keith, was responsive to my "want list" and was always checking to make sure I was happy with each step in the building process. My custom home is truly a work of art. Keith, is an awesome builder!!!
