Went great. I had tried to treat the problem myself. I bought 24 flea bombs. I have a hooded vented mask i wore. We spent the night at a hotel. All I did was kill a lot of flies and spiders and a few fleas. So with a new born we wanted the problem gone! so 2 weeks later I searched for a exterminator. Nathan did an excellent job, he even checked back that evening and 2 days later to check on the problem. He proved to me he cared about his work. The only drawl back has been 2 fold we have to vacuum our high travel areas daily and all other rooms a few times a week for the past 3 weeks. The plus carpet is very clean. The other drawl back is the baby cannot play on the floor without a blacket for 3 months. But 6 months before crawling time a small price to pay for not having fleas. Everything we were told has happened so far. I am praying a month later we have broken the flea cycle! Seen no fleas in the last 20 days! Thank you Nathan and Saber Exterminating!

Mama called and she was not happy. Ants were ALL over the breakfast nook and kitchen. Problem: I heard about this at 4:30 in the afternoon, and mama wasn't eating or sleeping in the house until the problem was addressed. I called a dozen companies before I called Saber - the only reason I didn't call them sooner is they only had a few (4 at the time) reviews on Angie's list. The office (which I think was the owner in her car) took my call around 5:15. She relayed my message to a technician (who I think was the other owner) who called me back within 30 minutes. He started our conversation with: "I hear mama isn't happy. How can I help". He agreed to come out and treat that night around 8p - after 2 more service calls. Upon arrival he was cordial and professional. Stopped to meet and greet the dog, kids and wife as they emerged at different times. He treated inside with bait. Because it was after dark, he could not treat the outside of the house. However, he did have a tech come out before 9a the next morning to treat outside. Because of there promptness and professionalism, I went ahead a signed up for quarterly treatments. Since I signed up for this (and no pressure selling by the way), there was no charge for the intial visit, nor any after hours charge! On to the fruit flies. We had this problem last year and paid a different company ~$125 to treat. It did mitigate the problem. Therefore I expected the Saber guys to say, sure we can treat it. We are here so for $50 I'll take care of it. Nope, his answer: you can do it yourself for free, and gave me the instructions to handle. No chemicals needed. This guy had a chance to make MORE money on me and instead enabled me to fix it myself. This company is obviously built on customer service and repeat business, not trying to upsell you every time they talk to you! FYI, price paid is to start quarterly service. Future installments $75.

They are very good, very reasonably priced and very reliable. They are very friendly. They call with reminders and they are very flexible with their scheduling. They are all around very good.

I was looking for Termite coverage for my 1 1/2 year old home. Nathan explained that I should contact my builder to find out who they had treat the property originally. The original company came and did an inspection for a minimal charge. To start a termite plan with another company would have cost me about $1200.

Met Nathan at home show and liked what he had to say. (I had previously had two estimates from other companies but was turned off by the high pressure sales tactics) Nathan came by two days later and gave an estimate for our 2000 sq foot ranch. ($150 for cleaning out under house and $1050 for termite treatment) Scheduled a date a week later and he showed up (with an assistant) promptly at 9:00am as scheduled and removed all the junk that was stored under my house. The termite treatment required drilling a hole every 12 inches in our garage and two large patios. Some areas had bricks that had to be removed and replaced. The job took the two of them all day and they patched every hole that was drilled and replaced every brick. I was impressed with their thoroughness. I would definitely recommend them for your pest control needs and will use them again.

We?ve been working with them for two years and they have been providing us very good service. They are very friendly and very responsive to any problems that we have with pests. They come out whenever we need to have something done. They also provide excellent customer service. They charge $65 a quarter for pest control and $100 a year for termite treatment. They also repair any kind of termite damage. They have kept the neighborhood free of pests with a lot of treatment. They are very conscientious and definitely a good company.
