+ 1 moreThey could improve on their contracts. The guy does a handshake which I am used to but his collection and office people aren't on the same page. I had a verbal contract with the owner and the hired hands didn't know what was going on. I had people calling me for payments that I really didn't owe because I made an agreement with the owner. They could improve by doing written contracts and on the supervision of their guys. It was kind of open ended as far as the money because they didn't know what they would get into once they started digging under the ground. People were standing around smoking and I didn't feel I should be paying for that time. Overall I was pleased with the way it ended up but there was some terrain. If I wasn't in construction, it would have been a pretty rigorous ordeal to go through. They were responsive. When there is an open-ended checkbook, they will show up. I would use them again but I would want a contract.
Description of Work: I used RLT Construction to do construction. They hauled in dirt and extended some pipe and topsoil. He cut down trees. Basically he was getting the yard ready for sod.
