+ -1 moreI cannot say enough kind words about Joe Boos (RealmInspections.com). He is an exceptionally astute home inspector that is knowledgeable, skilled and diligent in the performance of all,aspects,of his work. Joe’s Summary Inspection Report about his inspection of our home will save us money and time in the long term. Several major issues were identified which shall be presented to the builder for resolution. Joe also uses a Drone for overhead photos of the house, it’s roof, and the surrounding area. The use of a Drone and it’s camera capability was a significant addition to my home inspection. Many Thanks to Joe Boos of Realm Inspections for a job very well done. Joe Boos of Realm Inspections is highly recommended for anyone who requires a home inspection. We will see you soon for a water and radon inspection!

+ -1 moreMy house got struck by lightning. We needed to confirm if the roof took a direct hit. Joe came by and got us squared away. Our roof is too steep and tall to walk so he took his drone up. You definitely wouldn't catch me up there. He's responsive, professional, and thorough. He really helped out with the claims process. I definitely recommend Realm.

+ -1 moreJoe with Realm Inspections is awesome! He educated me regarding the inspection process. I wasn’t even aware before hiring him that I could have gotten an inspection before my foundation was poured. Joe actually saved me when my initial inspector could not perform a follow-up inspection to confirm that all of the findings were resolved. Joe was flexible in fulfilling my need. He also discovered another finding during his inspection. Because of Joe’s knowledge and experience, I am more confident about my new investment (my home). I am hiring him for my final inspection and any other inspections I need in the future. Realm Inspections is definitely a contact you want to keep in your phone; I’m keeping it in my phone!!!
