Having ordered an attachment ($350.00 and paid with my visa) five days earlier I told the salesman I would pick up the piece of equipment on Saturday, June 13, 2015. Got there Saturday morning around 11 am and went directly to the parts counter. I told the salesperson at the counter I had come in to pick up my equipment and was told he could not help me instead escorting me to the sales department for service. Left me standing outside the salesman open door (who was with another employee- both of which saw me). The salesman never acknowledged me so I spent 10-15 minutes hanging out around the man's open door waiting for the two employees to finish their conversation. Not a big deal but did I mention I was the only customer on the sales floor at the time? Anyway, they finally stopped looking at the computer and both walked out of the office I was standing outside of looking at them. One walked right by me without so much as a hello and the salesman who was supposed to help me stopped at his doorway but still talking after his friend. Then the first guy turned back around and walked back to the office to continue the conversation.... leaving me standing there as if I was air. Totally ignored. It was apparent they both could have cared less about helping me and never even said a word to me like asking if I could wait a few more minutes?.................. That's when I balled up the information I had in my hand and walked out. Still nothing from both of them.

Not much to say...had to call and find out why its taking more than 2 weeks,was told there was a large backup of equipment in the shop. They said they would check on the status and call me back. An hour or so went by, said the they could deliver it the next day if that was OK Phil ,the driver/delivery man showed me what was done,and waited till I did a pass or two on the lawn to see if all was OK-good man This is my John Deere Repair facility

They were really good. They have a huge facility. They keep tractors, large equipment, and farm equipment. The guy, who came out, did a good job. The part alone was going to cost $1200. I almost fainted. However, he was able to do the work at $700. They were great on the phone. They answered my questions and they were very cordial. They were not pushy. They were very helpful. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were also well organized. It took a while to get the lawn mower serviced; it took a couple of weeks. They had mentioned the time to me earlier. So, I understood. Whenever, I had any questions, I would call up the service department and they would answer my questions. I will use them again in the future.
